I’d advise nobody EVER rent from this shady crooked branch until there is a whole new team from store manager down. They SCAMMED me out of $700 with their “damage liability waiver”. When picking up a rental vehicle it had just snowed and was already melting off. They asked if I wanted the extra coverage and I told them no because it was over $30 a day. They said we could just add it for 1 day and then he would remove it so I agreed to that. I turned in the rental a few weeks later and they charged my card over $700! He said the charge was for that waiver (insurance covered the actual rental cost). I told them I was told it would only be on there for 1 day. They then told me I would’ve needed to bring the vehicle back for an inspection to have it removed. I let them know I was never told that on the front end. I have asked to speak with the store manager several times and they always say he will call but I have yet to have any communication with him. He is being cowardly because he knows they scammed me. I will NEVER rent another car from enterprise and I encourage anyone else to use other rental companies.

Tomas took care of us and he was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Explained everything thoroughly and just gave the best customer experience.If you need to rent a car, go in and ask for Tomas.

I had to have a rental as a result of someone hitting my car and it needing repair. I rented the car this past Monday. I wasn’t happy about the rental process. The car was covered with frost. I took pics and attempted to find any damage, which none could be seen due to the frost covering the entire car. Later, I do see damage in the hood. That said, I’ve barely driven the car. Today, for some reason, a part of the fob that locks/unlocks as well as 2 other features fell off the fob. I immediately took it to Enterprise and requested a different fob because this wouldn't work to lock/unlock the car. I was told they didn’t have another one. They took it to the back where I couldn’t see and they fixed it. In spite of the inconvenience, they were kind and fixed it. A few hours later, it happened again while I was at the courthouse in Bentonvilles. I couldn’t get into the car because the fob wouldn’t work. My phone was in the car. I went inside and asked the 4 officers inside if I could borrow a phone to call Enterprise. As I called the car rental, on officer attempted to put the piece back on to no avail. He then attempted to get the “emergency key” out of the fob … HELPING me. When he did this, gently, the fob fell into pieces. We all looked in amazement. There was CLEARLY something wrong with this fob. He couldn’t get the pieces back together. So, they put the pieces in a container and I went directly back to Enterprise. I was met by a smar taleck named Adam who immediately said this had been destroyed. I said I didn’t destroy it. It was the second time today I had an issue with it and an officer attempted to get the key out of it. He was trying to put it back to gather and immediately said they were going to charge me $400 for the fob. He continued on with his smart aleck, disrespectful comments as my anger began to grow. Keep in mind I was the ONLY customer there as he verbally assaulted me. He made up lies. At that point, I turned on my phone to record. He left me standing at the counter and walked away. Several minutes went by and he came back, wanted to know what I did to it and said they were going to charge me $300. I asked for his supervisor. He said he WAS the supervisor and refused to give me his super’s name. I asked again and he gave me the super’s name and walked away and left me there for several minutes. This supposed manager named Adam is a terrible manager. His mouth stirs up strife and his lack of professionalism is disgusting. It’s obvious to me that he refuses to see that his smart a** comments and out and out lies escalated this situation to cause strife and anger. I asked to speak to his supervisor. I was NOT ALLOWED to speak to “Prince.” At some point, Adam took the fob in the back and someone back there BROKE part of it while putting it back together. They then said they were definitely charging me $300 for something that was BROKEN before I rented the car. I will be contacting the police who attempted to help me. In fact, if possible, I’m going to get footage of the entire scenario that took place at the court house. I DO NOT appreciate Adam and his unprofessional smart aleck mouth. I’m also calling the insurance company to report Adam and Prince at the Bentonville location. Adam threatened to call the police because I wouldn’t accept his accusation saying that I broke this. I can assure you I DID NOT break this fob. It was faulty before I ever rented the car. I don’t appreciate his smart mouth and unprofessionalism. It’s funny, when there were not other customers, he treated me like crap. When customers were there, he acted like he was a “nice guy”. I asked why are you being nice now? He even admitted it was because there were customers there. What a jerk!!!

I rent cars here at least 2 times a month and they are awesome . I want to say Adam always is very helpful and attentive to what I need in rentals !

WARNING!!! This business scams their clients with a phony insurance scheme after warning them of their need for comprehensive coverage. It is a true rip off and you don't need to pay the insurance. My brother just got taken for a ridiculous amount of money because of his trust in these people. There is a special place in hell for those who decieve others for their own personal gain. And it is the exact opposite of treating folks like you would want to be treated.
