We send our 5 month old GSD puppy here and he loves it. He always gets so excited to see the staff and they are very loving and caring people. I don't normally trust people in general but I trust dogs and these folks!

I used their cat boarding service. My cat was healthy when she was taken in. When I received her a month later, she had developed feline jaundice (a condition that does not develop overnight) and had to be put down the next day.
When asked for a refund, they refused, stating they did the best they could when they clearly didn't.
Steer clear of this place if you care for your pets.

Bronco loves coming here! Cameron and the crew do a great job. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I feel very secure having my dog stay there during the days and boarding overnight too.

We left our two doodles for 2 days while we attended a family funeral out of state. When we came home both dogs showed signs of kennel cough and now both dogs have been treated for Gairdia. We will not be returning our dogs to this facility. Both dogs were perfectly healthy before their short stay and over a $1,000 in vet bills later they are finally healthy again. This facility should be forced to shut down and throughly clean their facility. Maybe others in NWA are just as bad but this is unacceptable. Shame on their management.

I realize that it can't be easy to predict when dogs are dropped off sick with flu or kennel cough. Unfortunately our dogs came home very sick with kennel cough and are now on day 2 at home, in pain, on meds-thank goodness, but the entire event is preventable. Offering 3/5 stars - as we have been customers for years. But this latest experience puts in question the importance of properly protecting the health of the pups DogWatch is signing up to house for periods of time. Just really feel that this is preventable at some level from both the facility-but more importantly the pet owners who drop off dogs with illnesses.

Rocky aka “Mr. Crazy Pants” stayed for the first time this weekend. He did his trial run last week and then when we picked him up from his first stay while we were away, he was clearly very tired…and a tired puppy is a happy puppy! Thank you for taking good care of him! He will be back soon!
