The team and manager of this store are phenomenal! My wife and I usually venture around trying to find a good tire shop, but the manager Chase has just earned Discount tire a customer for life! Thank you Chase and the team! You all are awesome and do a wonderful job!

Just awesome! I came in for a simple check on price… they quickly recognized I had some side wall separation and that I may be in need of new tires. They then checked my previous purchase from another state and saw that I was in warranty and were able to quickly upgrade my tires at an incredible price. They gave me confidence that my wife would be safe as she travels on these new tires!

Stopped in today around 5pm with no appointment and had a great experience. The gentleman who helped me out was Ty. I hope I’m spelling that right. He was incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. I explained that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and he was able to get me checked in and out the door in less than 45 minutes. Best part of the whole thing was that the tire repair was FREE! I couldn’t believe that they charged me nothing. No labor charge. No service fees for the materials they used. Nothing. They also do tire rotations for free. Nobody does that. Absolutely incredible service. I will go there for all my future tire purchases for my whole family from now on.

The store did convince me to purchase an alternate tire than what I had planned. Their tire took a month to adapt. I had alot of regrets with my purchase.

Friendly staff, quick turn around, easy access location.
[Aug 24 2024 Update] Totally impressed by today's visit. I brought my wife's EV6 flat tire in about 30 minutes before close after wasting hours at the dealer who eventually refused to fix an EV tire, and had no replacement tire inventory. At Discount Tire, Ty took care of me. My expectation was to simply drop the tire off after confirming they could repair, or even replace the tire. Ty took the tire, found the leak, fixed it, and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. Totally unexpected service. Ty and the crew at the Bentonville location are so friendly and go above and beyond expectations.

Run far far away!
I don’t even know where to start with this place. We bought new tires for my 2019 Subaru in May. We purchased the WildPeaks because they said it would be best for the roads I tend to drive. I get the tires put on and I drive home. I drive to go to the store a few hours later and I hear a noise coming from my tires and my tire pressure light comes on. I had a rock in the tire. So my husband goes to change my spare and the lug nuts are cross threaded. He is able to get them off and put my spare on. But he couldn’t get the tire off that the noise was coming from. The next day I had an appointment and went in to get my tire fixed and asked them to check the lug nuts on the other tire. They come back and tell me the wheel lugs are broken but don’t worry they are covering the cost for it to get fixed. Cool, I’m thankful and I’m polite because I know things happen. They send my car to Christian brothers and I go to pick it up when it’s ready. Fast forward my husband goes to change my breaks a few weeks later and guess what? The lug nuts are cross threaded and the lugs are broken. This time my husband fixed them. And then we were gonna bring the car back to Discount tire but I didn’t trust them to fix it right. So I just ate the cost of the lugs for all 4 tires. Because all my lug nuts were cross threaded. Now here we are today and I had a flat tire. My husband took it off my car and drove the tire up there to get fixed (because I don’t trust them touching my car). My husband goes to get the tire out of his truck to put it on my car. And guess what? They didn’t glue the balancer weights on good enough because they half way fell off before we could put the tire on my car. At this point it’s just plain negligence on their part. People are trusting you with their vehicles that they drive in every day with their children and their families. Your negligence is gonna get someone hurt. You do not act like “Trusted Experts with extensive training on tires and wheels” when I have been to your location 3 times and you have continued to put my life and my childrens life at risk when you touch my vehicle!!!

^^^^^ Three times y’all have FAILED in this! You need better training on your employees and have someone double checking their work because it’s apparent that they are failing at keeping your customers safe.
