I love Diamond Car Wash.My car looks lovely .I occasionally use detail, that’s great. There is usually some one to help when paying, this shot person appreciates this.
Sorry but must say your location sucks. I wash my car when going to Sam’s. It is usually an area to avoid due to traffic

Quickly going downhill. If you visit here, ONLY go through the carwash if it's busy, but only use the vacuums if it's not busy.
The carwash itself starts with someone pushing their subscription service on you, followed by a couple guys pretending to use a pressure washer on your car. I'm not sure what the point of the pre-wash. They used to put effort into it and use this portion to get in your tire wells, grill, etc. but the last couple times they simply sprayed the windshield and told me to move forward.
The wash inside is ok, but after trying each level, there's no discernable difference in results other than cost.
The guy(s) who wipe down your car after the wash are about as effective as the guys pre-washing at the front. Paying for the option with a tire shine only gets them wiped about once every 3 times. They appear to only be outside to fix your wipers and mirrors from the car wash.
The vacuums outside used to be great, but at this point, you're stuck to about 4 stalls that actually work. After trying each stall at the furthest row, I found that only the vacuum stalls up against the building actually work, and one had cones blocking it. While the others "work" in the sense that air flows through them, they don't actually suck well enough to pick up debris.
All in all, it's gone from a 5 star at opening to a 2 star currently. Don't recommend.

Best car wash around! Always leave with my car extremely clean. Love that they pre-wash and my favorite part is that they wipe all the glass when you finish!

Got double charged for a car wash, car didn’t get properly cleaned, but the free vacuums are nice and the employees were nice. Probably won’t be back though… $13 for a subpar clean is asking a lot… $26 in my instance
