Dropped in and was very pleased with this place. Immediately greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome. JT and staff do a great job coaching and keeping the class moving on schedule. The Box was very clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend.

We always stop by this box when we visit Northwest Arkansas. Their new location is so spacious and has a ton of equipment! Great workout!!

A really great crew that were super inviting during my drop in! Great coaching including some form corrections on back squat depth ? The gym is super clean and organized with plenty of space and options to scale your workouts
