Brought our Kia Soul for repairs due to 2 recalls. Was told before I arrive that it was going to be approximately 1 hr. It took 2.25 hrs. I was never called to pick up vehicle. Saw my vehicle parked and decided to go to service desk to inquire about my car. Was told that it was just brought up. The ticket may have just been brought up to the service desk but my car was not. They performed a service check as well but was not notified of my car possibly needing filters until checking out, which I may have wanted just to have them replace.

I gave a 3 because. I took my Carnival in for oil change and tire rotation, and to see why horn wasn’t working. They never looked at it. They told me that they. Vacuum the front of the vehicle driver and passenger side, The vacuum must’ve been broken because it doesn’t look like it was vacuumed. My driving time for all that was four hours two hours there and two hours back home not very happy.

I visited kia showroom on september 7th, to purchase kia carnival in trade. Mr Robert Meyer is awesome person. we went for test drive and he patiently explained each and every feature and made me to feel it. I love the ACC features, security features and auto steering control features, If i have not done this test drive then I would have not considering buying Carnival. Highly appreciate Robert. Took a week time to decide on the car and bought it on sep 14th. Mr Carlitos Gutierrezgonzal helped us with the process and he helped us with pricing by using lease option. Got the best solution for my pricing fit from Carlitos. Appreciate both people help in making my car sale memorable.

My car needed an update after a jarring incident on US 65. The folks at Crain Kia of Bentonville took care of it and the problem was covered under Kia's warranty. Jon in the service department was great. He explained everything, answered all my questions and got my Kia Sportage back on the road quickly.
