I was on time to my appointment, but after waiting an hour they apologized and told me they had ordered the wrong part and they would contact me when the right one came in. My experience was not as good as the first time I came in.

I purchased a vehicle from Crain in July 2024. I actually was still in the process of looking and wasn’t expecting to truly buy when I came by the dealership. My salesman Koren was very patient with me and has continued to be patient and helpful in getting things done for my vehicle even after I had purchased it. Koren was super laid back and so easy to work with and if he didn’t know the answer to a question, he was quick to find a manger who had it. I had told Koren upfront that in the past I have always had other dealerships promise things (like buying parts at cost) at the time of purchase and never follow through on their end, but this was not the case here! Koren has made sure everything has been done correctly and in a timely manner for me!

They had my car for two weeks. They said they were ordering parts after the first two days they did some of the work and completed on the car and the car sat there for seven days waiting on parts every day they said the parts will be in will have it ready tomorrow for a week they said the same thing, poor management service department without a car for two weeks and it sat on their lot for seven days not being touched nobody ever called or notified us

The entire team at Crain Hyundai was amazing! Tomas was especially great to work with! He was informative and not pushy at all. He went out of his way to help show me how everything works on the car and that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Everyone else from management to finance actually made trading and buying a car a nice experience!
