Cox is trash, so is busby underground their 3rd party digging contractor. They will destroy your property and leave you holding the bill completely. Do not let busby underground on your property or you will regret it. Half my line is still above ground after they “buried” it.

You guys are way too expensive and half the time the internet is slow and buffers. When we got cox internet we were paying 80$ and now we’re paying 100$. First of all that’s to expensive for internet, and then you send an email that we went over our internet and want us to pay more. That’s ridiculous.

I have never delt with such stupid people in my life! They have a pole with their name on it right in front of my house, yet they insisted that they would need a week to verify that it was indeed their pole. They then couldn't find our house and closed the work order without calling the contact number we provided to get directions. We waited the week, called them back. Only to find that we had to call and start the process over againAbsolute morons! Don't bother with them! Cox sux cox. Go with StarlinkThe speed is amazing!

Takes forever to get ahold of anyone and service is awful. Takes their construction teams WEEKS to bury the line by your house and then even then service is slow and expensive no matter what plan you’re on.

Carlos at this location was phenomenal! He went above and beyond helping me replace a plug that was broken. He noticed me juggling kids and took care of what I needed within a few minutes. So grateful for his professionalism, help, and speedy service.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this company does not care about it’s customers and is strictly about getting as much money from them as possible. We moved into an apartment where a router from Cox was provided for us and it didn’t work and it took multiple tries to get someone to come out to our apartment and fix it. They provided us with a new router and service was fine from that point on. When I moved out from this apartment and the management of the complex told me the router should be left in the apartment for the next tenant so that’s exactly what I did. However Cox told me that I would need to return the router or pay $170. When I returned to the apartment management to get the router, a Cox representative was there and she once again assured me that the router is supposed to remain in the unit I moved from. She took my name and said she would take care of the $170 fee they put on my account. 5 months later… I am being bombarded with emails and phone calls about paying the fee. I decided to just pay the fee and the only positive thing I have to say about this is how relieved I am to be done using Cox and I will never use their services again.

We informed Cox this was a new construction home. We scheduled a week plus out waiting for a hookup. Install Tech came out said that we needed to have a run to the box installed and his only went to 250ft. Unfortunately his wouldn't reach the 500ft. We were informed another team would have to make that run in a day or two. We call Cox the next day and they told us 7 business days to have the line ran. We were told that it was our fault because we switched from a business account to residential? It was our first time ever using Cox so it didn't make sense. We were told to hire an electrician and make the pull our self? That made no sense. We were told that they might be able to discount our install fee. Huh, that is suppose to be free with our plan? Randomly 2 Business Days later another install Tech shows up in down pouring rain. He tries his pull and it isn't long enough. He tells me he will find someone local that has the tools he needed to make the pull. 30min later another cox van shows up to assist him. He made all the connections and 3 fiber optics boxes later nothing is working. Our router supplied by Cox wouldn't even boot. That had to be swapped out. Finally he reached out to the supervisors after trying everything. Supervisor was an hour out and came out on a Friday night. They were able to tag team it and get the job done. Jubilee was a ROCKSTAR for staying with it to the finish line. From 10am to 7pm on a Friday. Plus, I appreciate all that assisted including his supervisor. The install team really turned the experience around and made me think there is still good people in the service industry.

Half of centerton is on hour 30 of downtime this week. The entire service is down, internet/cable/phone. Nothing, no info on repairs or why they even did this. Trying to fit too many accounts into outdated infrastructure.Go with another provider!

Constant internet issues, have had a service tech out multiple times and went through 3 routers. Turns out it was a connection infrastructure issue at the street. Was charged a bunch of money for nothing but problems. Complete waist of time and money
