CoolWag is our favorite facility to take Skye to. We've used a number of daycare facilities in Orlando, and another in Missouri, and feel this is the best. The entrance is great, with divided areas to go through, as Skye gets anxious when surrounded by other dogs when he's on leash. He seems to enjoy playing with the other dogs, and we appreciate the pics they post. We especially like the enrichment options, he enjoys the dock diving and agility. The trainers are friendly and have excellent suggestions!

Thank you to everyone at CoolWag for taking such good care of my ferret, Badger! I was out of the country for 3 weeks and knew she was being well cared for. I got photos and texts about how she was doing throughout my trip. Would recommended CoolWag to everyone!

Thank you for taking such good care of my dog. He’s never been to a groomer before and we were worried that he wouldn’t do well but you took time with him and he was wagging his tail when he came out. And he looked so good and was so happy! We will definitely be back on a regular basis to get him used to it!

My dog (shadow) has been coming to Coolwag every time we go away and i can tell that he loves it there. The staff is very caring and informs us if there is any issues he may be having. ???

We just had a really great weekend at Cool Wag for a Dock Diving event! So fun to have a welcoming, low stress place to learn and practice a new to us sport. My girlie knows when we turn off the highway to head that direction and can hardly contain her excitement!!! For the people end of things? An area with clean bathrooms, A/C and internet connection. Give it a try...you and your dog will be glad you did!

I wanted to say how wonderful the staff is at Cool Wag. I’ve been spending quite a bit of time there, lately. Every time I ask for help, or I compete in Dock Diving, all of the folks there are so eager to help and give me answers or find what I need. Thank you for being so organized and pleasant during a busy and stressful time. It’s a great place to play with dogs.

My dog and I LOVE Coolwag! He comes home after a full day of daycare and enjoys our naps together! He loves to play with his friends just as much as playing in the water. It makes me happy when he’s wet at pickup, I know he’s having a blast!

I have been going to CoolWag since last summer (2022) to use the dog pool and to compete in NADD events. The pool itself is awesome, the grounds around are good, and the staff, including trainers, are all helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend CoolWag.

The staff is straight up rude. They've convinced themselves they're the only ones that can properly teach a dog to use the dock (probably because they're monetarily incentivized). They use this as an excuse to act superior and judge you it feels like.I've seen them do this several times, they'll come out well before your time is up and make a lot of comments and critiques and suggestions and input watching you the whole time while you're trying to have fun with your dogs. They seem to gossip about this kind of stuff a lot too.Not a welcoming or affordable environment unfortunately. Wish somebody else would get a pool up, these people need some competition.

Dickens and I started with CoolWag through the puppy classes with Nicole. She was great, and the class was too. Dickens started going to Daycare there a few weeks ago and he loves it and so do I. I love that I can drop him off and know that he will have a great time, and most importantly be safe. This weekend I had a last minute family emergency and CoolWag was able to get dickens in for boarding even with the little notice. I had to extend his stay by a day and they were happy to accommodate since they had the space. I picked up a very tired and happy boy today and I can’t thank CoolWag enough for taking such good care of my boy.

My dog loves it here. The service is amazing and I am so happy when he comes home he is so much calmer but not overly tired. I can tel that he is getting training in addition to his play time. It’s a jewel in Northwest Arkansas. I also love the sports!!!!
