I was totally blown away by this hotel. I’ve been a salesman for Wyndham brand hotels so I know a little bit about the business, and this hotel for 75 bucks a night offered incredible value. The pool and spa were sparkling and clean. My room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. I could possibly think of, and even the breakfast, which I normally will not even eat at a hotel was delicious.

I absolutely love this hotel and the location. The staff is so helpful , understanding most definitely just top tier all around ! The only issue I've had is at the front desk, Tyler. I stay here frequently so there's been a few altercations. The first. I had a couple knocking at my door early in the morning, I did not answer. When I finally did it was Tyler (at the front desk). I told him I was asleep, did not know the person and please do now interrupt my sleep again. For no reason he called the police moments after. Til this day I do not know why. I am here again tonight and he is threatening to call the police again because I told him he charged me less last time I tried to buy the exact same thing. I would give this hotel a 10/10 other than the pointless ongoing situation with that guy.

Had an overall pleasant experience. my only real complaint was the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. manageable tho. the room layout was nice, the bed was comfortable. had enough power outlets. the ones in the lamps were a bit worn, but that's expected at hotels with repetitive use.

I called in advance to ask if there was a crib available. I was told yes. I showed up and there was a pack and play, not a crib. I expressed that was not what I was told and I was told I needed to wait til the next day to talk to the GM.We set up the pack n play, it had what was either a blood or a poop stain on the side. We asked for a new one. They had a different one that had smaller, but more numerous stains.Upon checking out, I expressed again my dissatisfaction as we had been up since 3 am and had been up 6 times prior to that. I was told this is the standard for cribs and I “already have a discount” because they didn’t charge me for the “crib.” They never mentioned a charge so that isn’t a discount.Aside from the lack of sanitary sleeping space of a pack n play, it is a cot and not a bed. Additionally, I was directly told it was a crib. It’s not a crib. A crib has a mattress. I specifically brought a sheet from home for a crib.Management had a compete unwillingness to accept or own up to the fact that they were dishonest about the sleep arrangements or do anything to correct it.Extremely disappointed.Rooms: Room was spacious enough for a crib but was given a dirty pack n play to use instead.

My family and I recently attempted to stay here. 10/21/2023. We were placed in rm 314. After a terrible bedbug experience at another hotel I have learned to check the beds before we settle in. I pulled the mattress back from the wall and there was a bug crawling back toward the wall and black dots on the mattress. In my experience this is evidence of bed bugs. We called the front desk and they sent the maintenance man up to our room. He assured us it wasn't bed bugs but the start of something and he did not expect us to sleep on that mattress. They moved us to another room (319). Upon inspection of this mattress multiple bugs were found of various sizes. We collected a few in a a cup and called the front desk again. This time we requested a refund and left to find a new hotel at 11:00pm. The front desk attendant was very rude and put off with us. We left and went to the Double Tree. I would not wish bed bugs on my worst enemy.

We stayed one night here and paid $130 bucks. I felt like we got what we paid for since the bathroom was clean, the room comfortable and breakfast was good. My only complaint is that the king bed was too close to the air conditioner so getting out of bed on that side especially in the middle of the night was challenging. The shower was particularly nice with great water pressure. Recommended.

It was a nice hotel. Terrible getting in and out of it from the street. Parking is weird at hotel but ok. Didn't like that I stayed 3 nights and no room Cleaning or at least a restock. I should have had it cleaned at least 1 time according to their sign. Overall not badRooms: Clean. Comfortable bed

Clean and spacious room. Great location w.r.t nearby restaurants and quick grocery in case you don't have a vehicle. Nice complementary breakfast. And they had a guest computer in lobby which can be used to browse or take printout (saved us some headache).

Stayed here overnight for mommy daddy weekend. Nice pool and hot tub area both indoor. Has a gym if your into that kind a thing. Room was clean. Price was decent. We would probably stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. You can tell it was a little older, but has been kept up well. Check-in was quick. Hot tub was definitely hot. Pool had a lot of chlorine, but didn't seem to effect the kids. It was a little difficult to find the entrance as it was tucked back and lots of business/hotels in a tight area. Overall a very good stay.

Management and a majority of staff were rude. The only nice one was the lady who works overnight. The manager also did not understand how to run his own software and was forced to check in every morning to ensure we didn't have to change rooms during our three day stay. The comfort inn across town is well worth the extra money. Breakfast was horrible to put it nicely. Rooms had a very odd smell of sandwich meat mixed with cigarettes, and curtains had stains that looked like blood on them. Sadly, the worst experience of any comfort suite I've ever stayed at.

The gentleman working the front desk on a busy baseball weekend was overwhelmed and short with multiple customers. The lights in our bathroom flickered and I just unscrewed the light bulb because I didn’t want to deal with him after watching him with a lobby full of people. The food was great for breakfast. There were no sheets in the room for the fold out bed . We got them from downstairs. No other issues and the gentleman working the next day was way more approachable.

We reserved two queens but they were out on our arrival. With four people we couldn't manage with one king, so they went ahead a comped a second king room. This was much appreciated and the rooms were nice. We stayed at other Comfort Inn & Suites on this trip and they're just a bit superior to the basic rooms you find with other chains.

We were in town for the Springdale/Fayetteville Baseball Tournament the weekend of May 19th-21st. Our team chose the Comfort Suites Bentonville-Rogers. What a HUGE MISTAKE!!!! I cannot warn enough to stay away from this hotel. I am not one to leave bad reviews but just cannot in my conscience not warn others about this hotel. My pictures will help prove how bad our stay was!! To start off with, right after we checked in at the front desk, which was a fiasco in itself.... We went straight to our room and while we were getting situated, another family comes walking in. They had given our room to another family. You can imagine the shock on all our faces as we had someone walk in on us and they walked in with people already in the room... The room itself was dirty with hair on items, dust everywhere, stained curtains!! The couch was so worn and uncomfortable you could not even sit on it... The walls had several places just patched with what looked like tape painted over. The towels were threadbare with holes in them. But the the kicker was about midnight the first night, I felt something on my arm and a tick was crawling on me!!! Again I repeat do NOT stay here. Two other families on our team had their room given to another family also. And another family was begging the rest of the team for Clorox/Lysol wipes because their room was so bad and they had a young toddler. Another family had cockroaches all in their room. Needless to say, my family did not stay the 2nd night!! We went down the road to a nice, clean hotel!!! See pictures for proof!

This place is tired. Do not go here. The tile was cracked and loose in the bathroom. Maintenance had to come plung the toilet because it wasn't flushing properly. Stained tub. One tiny tiny bottle of shampoo for two people? Lobby furniture was worn out. The entire hotel is just tired and dirty. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one is because the staff were nice and the water pressure was incredible.
