I canceled my membership because their brushes left marks on my car. When I called, I was told the cancellation was processed, but I was still charged for the next cycle. Turns out, you must cancel at least 7 days before billing, which wasn’t mentioned during the call.
The washes aren’t worth the damage to your car, and the unclear cancellation policy adds to the frustration. Beware of the 7-day rule if you don’t want surprise charges. I won’t be returning.

Customer service was great! Hayden was very attentive, informative and helpful!

I love club car wash,As a Lyft driver this is my first stop every day! Attendants are great! Vacuuming is free and damp towels are provided! Locations everywhere!

I was pleased with the car wash—they did a good job. However, the black residue from the tire shine product got onto my dress, leaving a permanent stain that hasn’t come out even after multiple washes.

Damaged my headlights and didn't do anything about it! Should be 0 stars!!! Took my car to get my weekly wash and came out with what looked like someone took a brillo pad directly to my headlight and scratched over and over. Informed the attendent and got a claim filed. 2 weeks later, CLAIM DENIED! The claim associates basically shut me down right as soon as I picked up stating that in no way their equipment did that. I told her, look my car went in undamaged and came out damaged! She was very unhelpful, didn't offer anything except a "have a nice day, goodbye" hurry and get off the phone attitude. So basically now I am out $1000 in repairs and $40 monthly fee. Had her transfer me to customer service and had my membership canceled... but wait the customer service agent did ask if I wanted to keep my membership for 3 months at 50% off! I guess that was the highlight but I went ahead and canceled. Club started out great, they took their time to rinse your car off and everything but with time their associates would just do the bare minimum spray enough to get you wet before you go in so i'm pretty sure that they did not do a great job on the person before me and allowed dirt to get trapped on the brushes! Don't do business here, they don't give a rats about you and any damage will just be at your own fault even though it was their equipment that caused it! I've been washing my car at Club since they first came to Bentonville and have told multiple people this is the spot but dissapointed in the whole process. Not recommending this place to anybody anymore.

I tried the VIP wash and it was ok. I like that they give you a towel to dry however they do not have any interior or exterior sprays.

They removed their spray bottles and made it very difficult to wipe down with towels.
