Walked in and was greeted kindly -- not overwhelmed. We walked around the store seeing amazing deals and just took notes. We let the sales person know -- when we were ready -- which items we liked and let him know our budget. We went back the next day wanting to sleep on any wishes and the next day walked out of Cheap Sleep with multiple rugs, two coffee tables, a mattress, a sofa and loveseat. It was a haul... and they delivered same day (on Saturday!) which was a stretch and they still did it. We'll be going to the Springdale store whenever the Bentonville shop has to close.

Went in to possibly purchase a living room set. Upon entry, was not greeted or acknowledged. My family and I were the only ones in the store besides the three workers. They never asked if we needed help or offered to show us any furniture.

Absolutely amazing! Believe the gentleman who helped us was “Wes” but fortunately/unfortunately it was his last day. But talk about genuine honesty and help. I explained our issues and what we were thinking of and instead of the biggest and most expensive he was reasonable and honest. Definitely helped us and within an hour we found exactly what we wanted at a great price and had a new mattress. So far 3 days in and this is the best mattress I’ve owned. (Posterpedic pro) 10/10 recommend this place.

Went there I was immediately helped got the bed that I needed and wanted the person working there helped me and he was very kind and courteous. If anybody needs any kind of furnishings, they have it there. I really like that place!!
