As one of the only touchless car washes in Bentonville, I wish this place was better. The touchless car wash always leaves soap in my door jams and rarely gets all of the dirt off. The undercarriage wash, which used to be on the of the best benefits, feels like it barely runs for 5 seconds. The wash is $5-7 more than it was 2 years ago and the new equipment they put in seems to move more cars through, but at the expense of a good wash/rinse.

Wasted 30 minutes trying to go the car washing stall. A worker came out and asked me if I paid…. Shouldn’t he know that? I also pulled up my bank statement that showed my payment just in case. I pulled back out and back in 3 times to get it to start. I had to call the worker back over to get it to let me get the wash. Also do you have to use the ‘clean it yourself’ lane option in order to get access to the vacuums?? Strange set up

After a day trip to Kansas, a few weeks prior, I think my car had wiped out the entire insect population of The Sunflower State. My car was in definite need of a good wash. I get free car "washes", if you can call it that, at the dealership where I purchased my car, but it had been out of commission every time I had gone by since my trip. Sitting at a nearby stoplight, looking through the bug smeared window, I decided that I needed to bite the bullet and pay for a car wash. I had never been to CastleBay before and found it a little confusing. You enter the bays from the rear, and if I remember correctly, there are four bays for a manual wash, and 2 or 3 for automatic. Being old and very arthritic, I chose the latter. There was an option to pay $18.00 for unlimited washes per month, and $10 and $12 options for one time only. I think there was another choice as well. Anyway, because I'm poor, I chose the $10 option. It is touched, which I don't care about, since my car is 11 years old, but if my car was newer, I'd like that. Unfortunately, while my car was much clearer than before, it was not $10 worth of clean, in my opinion. If your car has far fewer dead insect stuff, you might be okay, but it wasn't great for me. It also left spots all over my car. Spot-not car wash it ain't.

Swung by here when I had a little extra mud on the tires. This place was super clean, and I loved the handheld air dryers ( I've never seen those before)!
