I live in a residential neighborhood in Rogers. I found their business card on my windshield, where they had written the VIN number of my vehicle on the card. Apparently, they are doing this to get trade-ins. Don't do business with this place!

Including both personal and business use vehicles, we have five vehicles. By far, our 2024 XT5 is the most enjoyable to drive. We looked at BMW, Lincoln, and Volvo. From what we have heard from friends regarding the others, so glad we went with Cadillac. The purchasing process was a breeze and regular service visits go smooth. Thank you Team at Cadillac of Bentonville!

I can't say enough about this dealership. Should've been the first place I brought it too. Chandler Ford, Clint, Tylor...u guys are the best at making your customers feel at ease. When the words, " We are gonna get to the bottom of this," came out of the advisors mouth, I knew I was in good hands. Ty, thank you for listening to what I needed to say. Most people don't give customers the time of day. Cadillac of Bentonville exceeds exemplary from switchboard to sales.....they deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you for. The bottom of my heart for being who you people really are. They REALLY go above and beyond for their customers. Go see for yourselves. You will NOT regret it, I promise you

I love my new Cadillac CT5!! I went in with my wife looking to trade in my Jeep that I bought across the street and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I went in and was greeted by Steve Murray he helped us from start to finish and answered all my questions! Highly recommend Steve and Cadillac of Bentonville!!

I see many positive reviews. Unfortunately our experience has been anything but positive. We purchased a vehicle from them April of 2022 and have been clearly shown how valuable that was - if you don’t buy new, you’re treated differently
We’ve had issues ever since buying the car. We had a service message that was never addressed and that’s turned into a $1200+ fix they won’t cover. This should’ve been covered under extended warranty I bought but after issue was “found” they said warranty we purchased wouldn’t cover it. So we paid extra money to add some more coverage.
We also had shaking and jerking transmission issues. Took car in multiple times and issues never found. Then less than 8 months after buying vehicle we were told we had 3 bent rims and needed those fixed plus brand new tires as well as many other services. In the month of 12/22 and 1/23, we spent $6,554.61 on maintenance.
Jerking transmission persisted through 2023 and finally end of 2023 they found a sensor was bad. In addition we had to put on new brakes due to a cracked rotor. At this time, they noted nothing else wrong. We spent another $1,117.51 at this visit.
We just took the car back for normal maintenance on May 15 2024 and are now being told we need new tires yet again. We have less than 30k miles on tires that are supposed to be guaranteed for 60k plus and they say there’s significant uneven wear which will void warranty - something they didn’t note less than 5 months ago at previous routine service. We’ve now spent $15k plus on service and we are no closer to resolution and apparently need to spend almost $2k on tires and rear brakes for additional cost. In addition, the car now shakes again after the tires were rotated. Dealership reps have been unhelpful and just defer everything.
If it wasn’t for the few repairs warranty didn’t cover, that number would have been much higher. You buy a luxury vehicle, albeit used, to have a good experience and this vehicle has been a problem basically since day 1. On multiple occasions, they’ve kept the car for multiple nights and have not offered a loaner/rental, even with warranty that covers it. Much smaller note, but we rarely, if ever, receive a wash and vacuum which is normally standard. We’ve also not always received the free wash/vacuum if it’s poor weather.

I had the best car buying experience at this dealership thanks to Zach. Was able to get a great deal on my dream car and Zach helped me every step of the way. Super transparent about the whole process and he made sure I actually got what I wanted instead of trying to just make a sale. The car I wanted wasn’t available at this particular dealership and he arranged to have it shipped in from out of state. Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend doing business with Zach if you’re looking to buy a Caddy

By far the best dealership service I have ever experienced. They are always quick and courteous.
The only downside is that they do not offer loaner vehicles when your vehicle is in for repairs.

Terrible customer service! I visited this car lot years ago to buy a car and they had me sitting around for hours while they were "working on the numbers" only to come out and with higher then the actual price listed on the car. Recently visited hoping they had new people. Same people and no one even offered to show us a car until we were leaving. Just terrible!

After initially having a bad customer service experience at this location we decided to give it a second chance over the weekend. Immediate difference. When we came in on a Thursday there was basically no one around to help us. We were set on test driving a couple of the vehicles they had on the lot however and decided we would try again. Within minutes of arriving Cameron was there to greet us and set us up with some test drives. Overall experience was good and we did end up buying a vehicle there. The financing department was swamped however so we sat there for a few hours getting through it all. Well worth the wait however. I love my new vehicle! Thanks Cameron for walking us through the process.
