After my vehicle was “repaired” I noticed the repair section was falling off. Brought it back to the shop where I was blamed for the issue. They refused to even look behind the bumper. Weeks later took it to a different repair shop that found missing foam brackets were not installed thus the reason why the bumper was not staying on. Very disappointed that they missed not 1 but 2 safety components and had refused to fix the issue. I am glad I found an honest place willing to fix all the mistakes this place made. I get missing some screws or taps but entire components of a bumper? That’s just negligence.

Such an amazing shop! My vehicle was wrecked by another mechanic shop and these guys fixed my vehicle. They did not take any shortcuts, communication was there, and they kept me updated as my vehicle was in shop over the holidays! They even made sure my vehicle had authentic parts. Very pleased and happy.
I would highly recommend using Browns Collision.

They don't seem at all interested at all in providing an estimate for performing work. Woman that answered the phone said it would be several weeks before they could take a look, this was after telling me several scenarios of the type of claim work they don't deal with. The work would have been a simple hood replacement to color match the vehicle. We will be avoiding this place.

Big shout out to Browns!!! They navigated thru difficult situation with our insurance. My Charger was repaired like new. Mitch took care of everything, treated us like family and made sure we were 100% satisfied. They went above and beyond! Thank you Browns for an amazing experience.

I recently had my car repaired at Browns Collision Center and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. My car took longer than expected due to a part being on back order, but Lance Fluitt kept me well-informed and updated throughout the entire repair process. I appreciated the communication and didn’t mind having to wait longer since that was beyond their control. The attention to detail was impressive, and my car now looks new again thanks to their thorough work. As a pleasant surprise, they even went the extra mile to clean up my car, leaving it better than I left it haha. I highly recommend Browns for their professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer care. Thank you.

Browns Collision is currently doing repairs on my 2023 Honda, they have gone above and beyond with dealing with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way! I truly appreciate their customer service and communication! Thank you!!!!!I was able to pick up my car this afternoon! Mitch called me consistently and kept me informed every step of the way and even stayed late so I could pick it up before the weekend! When I picked up my car, not only were the repairs perfect, they had also washed my car and taken extra special steps to ensure the highest level of customer service! They did a great job on how my car looks. However the time it took was ridicules, I’m not sure how they are still in business because it took them a little over three weeks to fix my car. Not only that but they never once called to tell me it was taking longer than expected, every time I called them I was given very short answers. If you want it done in a timely manner you might want to consider going elsewhere. Overall a poor customer experience and I wouldn’t go again, took way to long and the headache of trying to find rides for three weeks isn’t worth it.
