I had great customer service and helpful staff, they were able to work with me on my visit and even help when I needed a jump on my vehicle when I was leaving. Thank you to the men who helped me out I will continue to go there in the future.

Don’t bother calling this place asking if they have any specific item in stock. They’ll lie to you and say they have exactly what you’re looking for so you waste your time coming in to find out they don’t even have anything REMOTELY similar. Used to frequent this shop and will never be back after the attempted bait and switch. Shop folks — as an FYI make sure if you’re going to bait and switch you actually have an item to make the switch.

I love this pawn shop! Marcus and Matthew are great guys and my husband and I always go here first when we are looking for something we want. Always clean, and those two guys are always smiling and beyond helpful!

I USED to love this place! Great prices, professional friendly employees. Unfortunately, this has changed. From the time i walked in, and wanted to buy, and asked to look at something behind the case, i was an inconvenience to the employees. I'd suggest a course for your employees in friendly, courteous, professional customer service. Without customers they do not have a job. I chose to buy new and pay more, the extra money was worth not being an inconvenience. It will be a long while before I come back.

One of the best pawn shops in the area. They genuinely want to help people in the community, have good deals, and a very diverse selection. On top of that, they've got the best popcorn around. Check it out yall.

came in trying to pawn a brand new 250$ electric mower and 140$ electric weed trimmer and was offer 50$ bucks for both even in great condition. I will never use big brothers pawn ever again.

Couldn't be more disappointed in the blatant rudeness of the woman who works at this establishment. When one gentleman asked her if she would look help me, j was greeted with an eye roll, and told before ever having my items looked at, which were unable to be seen as they were in a dark colored bag, "Sorry, ma'am we only buy good items." Refused to even check the electronics I brought with me to see if they worked, barely glanced into the bag and rolled her eyes again, saying once more, "I said we only buy good items." Argued about imaginary scratches on a $600 Movado Esperanza Swiss watch, insisting the value wasn't high enough for them to bother with, which I had called about before coming in, receiving a completely different response from the gentleman that answered the call.

Great staff, some of the prices seem snakey, but the overly amazing staff makes every visit pleasant, and a good pawn shop experience.
