We worked with Stephen Jewell to purchase 3 sinks and a kitchen faucet. His customer service, professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge were five stars plus. He continued to amaze us with every turn. In addition, we were able to get commercial quality at a lower price than the inferior grade sold at Home Depot and Lowes.

Went there yesterday. Asked what limited warranty was on hot water heater. They didn't know said guess it means limited number of years. Then asked for 2x4 in wall dryer vent. Said thought they had one and brought out one for 2x6 wall. I said that doesn't look like it is for 2x4 wall, measured it and it was not. Then said guess we don't have it. I went to a supply store instead of big box thinking I would get employees that know the products. No such luck. Go somewhere else
