Unbelievable customer service! Wish I could leave six stars. I was a walk-in, but they started on my estimate quickly. They were very up-front and transparent about the work that needed to be done, and then were able to complete the repairs that afternoon. Will be recommending these people to everyone!

I ran over a tire on the highway with a rental car and it popped part of the rear bumper off. I obviously didn't want to be charged hundreds or thousands of dollars from the rental company to replace the entire bumper so I brought it to these fine fellows. They charged me just $30 to pop it back in and hide the damage with a zip tie. I felt bad that they charged me so little that I insisted to pay $40 instead. These guys are life savers!!!!

Hail damage was repaired on time and the shop did a great job with the PDR. Easy to work with and coordinated with my insurance company requiring very little follow up from me to finalize the claim. Would highly recommend the shop

I got a small dent under the bumper . First I went to another shop for a repair and they gave me a quote for thousand dollars and asked me to come after three days for repair. I couldn’t believe they quoted 1000 dollars for a small dent . Then I came to Bentonville auto body . The gentleman quickly checked the damage and fixed the car in 10 mins . He just charged me 20 dollars for the fix. I was really surprised and came home happily . I am satisfied with the fix as well.

Dishonest, unprofessional, racist "good ole boys". My car was hit by a tree branch from high winds on March 31. I took it to Bentonville Auto Body on 4/3 for an estimate. Listened to the owner tell me all the damage that needed repair, much of which had nothing to do with the tree branch, but he knew how to work the insurance. Emailed me an estimate for $1400 on 4/6. Insurance immediately issued me a check for the total, minus my deductible. On Thursday 4/28 Bentonville Auto Body called to tell me to drop off my car Sunday evening. Said the work would be completed by Wednesday 5/3. I dropped it off as requested and dropped the keys in the overnight slot that Sunday evening. On Tuesday morning, 5/2, I received a call from them wanting me to explain the estimate because he was confused. What on earth? The owner called me back and hem hawed with some ridiculous story he expected me to believe. "The ball got dropped somewhere" and an incomplete estimate had been written. This is the same person who wrote the estimate on 4/3. He said there was much more damage and he would email me a new estimate. Naturally I wasn't real pleased with this, and he said if I didn't want to accept his apology, I could come and get my car and take it somewhere else. In a couple of hours a new estimate was emailed. New estimate was $5600, and they would need to keep my car a minimum of 21 days. I immediately went and got my car, so relieved to be able to take it somewhere/anywhere else.

I chose this body shop based upon a professional referral. The employees here are trustworthy, proficient, I received nothing but prompt service and excellent quality repair. Some of the nicest people to deal with. Very friendly!! All around just AWESOME!! I would Highly recommend Bentonville Auto to anyone and would certainly go back.Services: Auto windshield replacement

The team at Bentonville auto body is fantastic, they got my car done quick and made sure the custom paint was flawless before I got it back. They were even kind enough to do a full detail on the interior before I got it back. 10/10 recommend Bentonville auto body for all your collision repairs
