Don’t bank here. Deposited money at the atm the person on the phone assured us it would be out in by end of business day and when we came by the window they said too bad it won’t be available until Tuesday and nothing they can do because they process checks in Little Rock that are put into the atm. Will be moving banks as soon as we can. Plaid doesn’t even recognize bank ozk as a financial institution should have been the first warning sign. Scammers.

Somehow 3 employees with no customers were too busy to talk with me. Waited about 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. Once I was able to start talking with someone, the information they gave me was unhelpful and frankly just seemed wrong. Afterward I wanted to make a deposit but again it was the waiting game.

Was unable to make a deposit at my local branch, as they have conflicting hours posted and it was hard to figure if they opened at 8 or 9. 4 stars bc of the inconvenience. Fix your sign, y’all. It’s not that expensive.

They are the best bank, what a bank should be. Other banks charge you just to have a checking acount? And balloons for the kids are way better than suckers.????
