Thank you Jess. My daughter's phone was blocked from having any access. She took time to go step by step to help me, the non tech Dad. She opened it and made everything very easy. Not to mention give my daughter a big smile. Thank you again. Great employee you have with Jess at your business ATT.

I arrived at the store and was immediately greeted by the staff. They were extremely busy but took care of issues quickly! Very efficient and great customer service! Jess helped me and I recommend to ask for her when you visit this store!

Came in to discuss an issue with our bill. Didn't catch his name, but the guy that helped us was very nice and informative. Be aware this location is not a corporate store so they cannot do anything as far as cancelling lines and stuff.

It was a great experience. Jess at the store on Walton in Bentonville ensured everything transferred successfully to my new phone. She was extremely professional in her approach all while making me feel comfortable and in good hands. 10/10 for Jess!

Last Sunday, we were trying to activate my husband's new line on my existing ATT plan with the SIM card mailed to us by ATT. It wasn't working, so we called ATT Support and spent over an hour on the phone with them, but they couldn't get it to work. They finally told us to go to a local store because the SIM card was defective. We went and Jess spent the remaining open store hours trying to help us, but it turns out his phone just wouldn't accept any SIM card for some reason. The new line wasn't eligible for an upgrade for 3 months so basically, we were just going to be out of a phone as the previous service provider was disconnected during the process of trying to activate the new SIM card. It was a whole ordeal. After everyone else had left the store, Bryan started helping Jess and us as well. They both understood that this was not our fault, so they ended up just giving us one of the used phones they had in the store, for free. The phone works great and I am so grateful to them both for making sure we left that store with a working phone!Also, Jess & Bryan: if you read this, I wanted to provide a positive review through ATT as well but literally none of the survey links I was sent would open. I promise I'm not trying to snub you! hahaTLDR: We were totally screwed, but Jess and Bryan are miracle workers.

This is the 2nd time I have had to be at this store to help my aging father with his phone. Rob has helped me both times. He was quick to fix his phone issues and get us out of there quickly! They are all super nice and helpful in this location!

We went to buy new phones at the AT&T store locsted at 2510 S Walton in Bentonville. I have to say it was the best customer experience of my life. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also assisted us with the information we needed to make difficult decisions. He was also patient and curteous.

The rep who helped me was kind, funny, and helped me get set up with a new phone and screen protector in less than an hour total. I always dread getting new phones because it seems to take hours, but he was able to get me in and out quickly even with setting it up and installing the screen. Will definitely be using this location for future transactions!

I ordered my new phone through the ATT site to be updated and readied to use at the local ATT store on Walton Blvd in Bentonville. I waited over 2 hours to be notified that my phone was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, the box looked like it hadn’t been opened, but I didn’t question it at the store. When I got it home and was trying to set it up, it was not connecting to ATT. I ended up having to call the ATT service number to see if they could do anything. Thankfully, they were able to enable an eSIM to get the phone to connect to cellular service. The next day, I tried calling the store to discuss this with the store manager and was transferred several times to the ATT call center instead of the manager. The call center finally said they would send a message to the manager to call me but I never received a call back. This store’s customer service and care are sub-par. I would recommend going to a different ATT store if you need to get a phone. They don’t seem to care about their customers.
