Warning, my own personal experience working here as a Quality control specialist I would not recommend working here, the owner is a condescending jerk, he accused me of just sitting around and waiting for my other three team members to tell me what should be done and that was not true I was still in training I knew how to do my jobs the 2 girls that was training me were very nice and I appreciated them, the reason why they can't keep help at Alantis Jewles is because of the owner and they usually put all new people on wash out and that job sucks I mean the whole 8 hours but, I just got lucky. And another thing I disliked about Alantis Jewles they had cameras all over there store in the quality control area in the hallways in front of the store, I was told by one of the girls the owner had cameras because there is alot of valuables meaning jewlery if that's what you want to call really cheap jcpennys jewelry you buy online. No, the owner has cameras so, he can watch every move his employees make that is what you call a creeper and when he isn't there he watches everything his employees do from his phone. SO I CHOOSE NOT TO WORK THERE AND I WOULD RECOMMEN FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR WORK DO NOT WORK HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. And the owner owes me for a week's worth of work it's been 3 weeks and still no paycheck he has my PO Box mailing address. I'm not going to pick it up myself because i have nothing to say to him.

Sent in my 14K GOS hoop earrings in twice because they were tarnishing fast and the back of the hoops were not clasping. I sent them back in a third time and I was told because my earrings are hollow they couldn’t fix the clasp. The earrings have always been hollow, that’s how I purchased them.If that is the case then wouldn’t that mean the other 2 times that I sent them in all they did was fix the tarnishing of the earrings and not the problem with the clasps?Either way I am highly disappointed with the quality of work done here.

Called and ask if they could add links to watch band, said bring in. Then she tells me I need to take to watch repair place? Could have saved me trip if they can’t do simple job.

This company is pure trash. I have had 2 rings, that I had resized through this company. The first one, where they sized it fell out 5 times in the first year. I decided to try a different ring thinking it was the brand of ring. Spent close to $1500. I finally got my ring back on Tuesday, it’s now Friday and where they sized it is extremely visible.... it’s also turning my finger green! DO NOT HAVE YOUR JEWELRY REPAIRED HERE, WORST COMPANY EVER.
