On top of a crazy long wait over 20 minutes just to get to the counter twice because of a insurance issue one of the pharmacy workers reeked of medical weed it literally stunk out the whole pharmacy area and it wasn’t a customer because I had to come back twice a hour apart for people who have ptsd linked to that smell it is a awful experience to have to sit and smell use it at your own home not at work high making important decisions on what to put in what bottle that could kill somebody if your impaired and mess up the only reason it didn’t get one status Mrs Holley she was super nice and helpful she’s wasting her talent at that place

One star is way more than they deserve. Walgreens couldn’t satisfy its customers before buying out Smith Caldwell. You would think they would have least added more help, increased hours, or something.. But no, they are just slower than ever. I’ve easily spent 4 hours of my life in the drive thru line over the past month, which is absolutely ridiculous. Walgreens, do better for your customers. Especially for the ones that have no choice but to use you, like me. For the people that have a choice, stay clear because this is easily the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used.

If you were forced here by Caldwell Pharmacy closing abruptly, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, and find a new pharmacy, been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes not one car has moved. Caldwell was always packed, but they kept the line MOVING. Walgreens is the absolute WORST.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY!! Idk if its the staff just doesn't care or are not trained but every single time I need to get a prescription filled i go through hell having to fight to get my Meds. They blow Ur phone up to tell you that for some reason they cant fill yet don't even text or call to let you know its ready. My Dr. is having me switch Pharmacies because 2 of the types of meds i am on can NOT go 2-3 days being late filled. They don't care and Walgreens needs to do a better job of hiring compassionate people that give 2 craps!!Its Walgreens in general have gone extremely downhill but the one on Military Rd. is a certain kind of absolute AWFUL!!!!

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. They are never open when they are suppose to be. I've tried to pick up meds on a Sunday twice now and there is always an excuse why they aren't open. The staff is rude and if you go inside to pick up your meds when they are actually open, they stand there and act like you're an inconvenience to them.

Horrible customer service. I was told by one lady they would use my savings card from the manufacturer but I would have to come back the next day to fix it. I come back the next day and now another pharmacist told me they won’t accept it. If I have to pay $300 a month for a medication it will not be going to them.

These guys are trifling scammers , worst service you will come across, they definitely have pharmacy clerks trying to bump up prices for people they don't think will catch on to their little side hustle. Shady.

Walgreens has been closed two and half days while roads have been passable. They were rude when asked about why they were closed. What a joke of a pharmacy.
