Not bad but it is higher than retail to shop inside and the deals the store used to provide are only available online if you shop in person you get less of a discount or not one at all.

Extremely rude staff, acted like they were bothered that a customer actually walked in. They were not busy I was the only customer in the store at the time. Could not resolve the issue I had with my phone. Went across town to the other store and the staff and experience was great. Avoid this place just go to the one next to Olive Garden.

I had a really great experience from a very frustrating issue from another carrier. Please never go to Xfinity, breaking up with that company is the worst breakup you’ll ever have. They do not understand customer service at all. They over charge you and sell your private information and violate your federal trade commission consumer rights.I would like to start off saying that Derek is a superstar. This was hands down the best customer service experience in a Verizon store I have ever had. He is knowledge, professional, considerate, compassionate, intelligent and the list could go on and on, if I had a technical company I would hire him any day. He was patient and provided the best possible care. From the moment I walked in, he pulled up two chairs for my husband and I. He was ready to compassionately do his job. Not only did he help me figure out a complex issue with my old provider but he helped me understand without pressure, that switching to Verizon internet would save us a lot of money and be faster for our triplex we own. Verizon service and internet is five stars when you have people like Derek doing the job. I can’t say enough great things about this guy! We had to stay after closing because our issues were so complex and Xfinity took so long on the phone to help us transfer a number, and I can’t imagine what a pain that was for him. He didn’t allow me to feel this way, he was diligent and stood strong to helping me as a customer and was kind from start to finish.On another note everyone we encountered the evening of February 21st 2024, was professional and kind, every person working here had a positive attitude and work ethic. This location was very so clean and had every device possible to test out and look at, and they all looked cleaned and the display was awesome. This location is five stars.

They closed at 5:00 I made it 4:59 didn’t even want anything but a business card so I could come get 5 business lines ported over from att with 4 tablets. Unfortunately, they cost themselves a customer

Went into store at Alcoa for my daughter to get her stuff transferred to her new phone insurance claim they tell us it’s going to cost 29 dollars to transfer it to new phone that’s ridiculous and also because you asked them what they were going to do for 29 dollars they say you’re being rude and to leave store pathetic customer service Verizon will not be my phone provider any longer

I have been a Verizon customer since Verizon's inception. This was the FIRST TIME I had been treated with the outstanding caliber I expect from my wireless phone service company. JAMIE was above and beyond to say the least. He was a perfect gentleman, non-sales oriented, listened to the customer, explained every option I had for increasing my monthly bill, he even looked at my family photos and shared his own.This young man not only made my day short and to the point of why I came in, he made my second to the youngest granddaughter amazingly happy. I had come in with a phone I just purchased for my granddaughters Christmas gift. He made the process flow so easily.I believe another reward from Verizon is in order for this young father of two who recently lost his mother. He revealed he had earned two other vacations due to his employee style and I believe his ability to serve me the customer in the manner he did surely deserves some reward for "EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE"!Thanks Jamie!
