Jacques was able to figure out what was wrong with my phone, and got a replacement ordered for me! Absolutely the friendliest and welcoming Verizon store we have been in! They literally treat you like family!!!

Not bad but it is higher than retail to shop inside and the deals the store used to provide are only available online if you shop in person you get less of a discount or not one at all.
