I loved my personal one-on-one service!! This was my first ever brow service and I will be back!! Taylor is very knowledgeable and very skilled!! She anwered all of my questions and made me feel at ease in her chair!! I will recommend Taylor and the Ulta brand. THANK YOU TAYLOR!!

I love ulta but do not love the staff at this location. They ignore you when you ask for help or have an attitude. Unimpressed with customer service.

I don't typically wear make up, so makeup stores are pretty out of my element. I explained my situation and what I needed, and the staff directed me to a technician, Ashley, who was able to answer all my questions, help me figure out what I wanted, make recommendations, and even did did my makeup to show me how all the products looked and how to use them.
Ashley was phenomenal! I had my sister and her two young children with us. Ashley went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, having a great time, and helped us keep the kids entertained. Also, she knocked it out of the park with my look and the makeup recommendations. I will be back, and I can't recommend Ashely enough!

Decent customer service and location, however the makeup displays are usually very dirty from people testing the makeups, with lipstick and foundation smeared all over the shelves and advertisements. Pretty gross
