Ashley in the makeup studio area is phenomenal!! She worked with me until I had the perfect foundation and concealer and took her time! She made me feel heard and that she cared about what I wanted!

I have always loved Ulta and have never had a problem. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a store. This is my first review and my first store complaint.
Had to make 3 trips in the store that should have only taken 1.
I was looking for a certain color bronzer, I asked Cashier Alyssa, to see if it was in stock, another worker Desha, who was NOT behind the counter, nor did she know what product I was talking about, yelled, if it is not out then we don’t sell it or have it. They have lots of colors, just not the one I was needing. (this is were we bought the last one, but okay) worker Alyssa says okay and never looks.
Go to my vehicle says online that it is stock, so I go back in quietly, not causing a scene & find a different worker to see if I would get better results. No such luck, even when I show her it shows 5 available for online pick up. She tells me the computer is out of date. Meanwhile, Desha & Alyssa were taking a selfie at the register.
Went to my vehicle, ordered the color I wanted online .
Went back in the store to return the ones I bought previously. Never said a word. Desha was the cashier that worked the return.
Got a text w/in 30 minutes saying my pick up order was ready
The workers can say anything they want to dispute the facts. Cameras don’t lie and their computers will show their history. Terrible customer service. I feel sorry for the workers that want to do Right, I bet they are the minority there!

If you want to pay 7x more for makeup and usually it's a man in makeup helping people then this is the place for you. I'm dragged in quite often by my wife but I get to play with the blow driers

Wow such a fun day in Benton today!!! Matteo Garcia you are the jewel of Ultra!! So helpful in everything we needed. You mentioned it fun for our visit and did a great job explaining things. Your product knowledge is out of this world. I'm wondering if Ultra knows what they have in a employee like you, to be so nice and knowledgeable! You showed us eyeshadow, how to apply it, blush. Gave my friend some brows!!!!! Ultra should give you a raise, hope they know how good of a employee you are!!!!!

Logan was such a great worker, he helped me with every questions that i needed, and shade matched me twice when asked!! also every staff there i think have talked to me askin if needed help, it was great going to this store!! would recommend to anybody!!

Sorry this took so long to get posted. I went in for Christmas presents for my girlfriend. The tall gentleman, sorry, forgot his name, asked how he could help. I gave him her number so he could look up the proper colors. Not only did he do that, but he also gave me an idea of what she may need based on previous purchase history. There was a smaller petite lady employee that grabbed a basket and confirmed that she had the proper product and color I was there for. The look my GF and her mom gave me when I had the colors and products perfect was the icing on the cake.I’m new to this area and you just don’t find this level of customer service and care often around here. So thank you very much, I’ve probably told 20 people about the great experience!

The Benton Ulta is always the cleanest, best stocked, and has the most helpful workers out of all the Ultas I've been in. Love shopping there!

I go every other month and have Lisa Mims work magic on my hair. She has done such a beautiful job, greatly improving my cut, color and texture! Everyone there is so friendly, helpful and fun. These are my me time breaks and I love it. As far as beauty supplies, if ULTA doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. Floor staff are very helpful and prices are competitive
