I had my air-conditioner recharged here 6 months ago. I went back a week later to see if there were any leaks. I was told it all looked good. My air stopped working again recently so I went back to them. I was told it must have starting leaking some time after they tested it and I would have to pay again to have it fixed. I said no thanks I will go somewhere where they will do it right the first time. They do not stand behind their work here. I feel cheated. I will not go back!

So here's a long one I bought a truck and it had a shake in the front end it had been sitting for a few years and knew the tires were bad and I took it here bought 4 brand new tires from who I'm guessing is the manager who always wears the batman leather wrist wrap back when it was just tire engineer well the truck still had a shake I brought it back to have them look at it twice they told me the front end was shot so I let the vehicle sit for over a year to rebuild the front end and at this point it was now tire engineer and express oil with the same guy and I think her name was heaven or Nevaeh and I had rebuilt the entire front end with new parts brought it up there to get it aligned first time said they couldn't do it said the steering rack was badand they couldn't align it without aftermarket parts the truck never came with so I changed the steering rack called dodge themselves they said yea the truck never came with what they are saying they need now I'm 2000$ into the truck and put the rack on and took it back for them to align still said I needed parts the truck didnt come with factory and still had a shake i took it to the shop on the other side of the freeway turns out they never balanced one of the tires it was 14oz out 20$and it was fixed so all that time and moneyw because one of their employees did shoddy work and the next 3 didn't check there own work just blamed everything's else possibly predetory to upsell me more service

My first time to have oil changed here, let me tell you, the friendly customer service is a breath of fresh air! I did not feel they were trying to sell me something I did not need which happens so often at other places. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this location. Triston and Derrick were my technicians, but everyone was friendly and helpful. Had a great time, and I will definitely go back.

Friendly, Fair, Knowledgeable, and Quick. Would recommend to anyone.Always a pleasure to talk to Vinny, David,and Billy. They are also really good and big on safety of their clients but especially of their employees. Very professional!

I called a few places and this place was the cheapest I could find to get some tires mounted and balanced very nice people and do excellent work I would recommend they got the work done in a timely manner and they’re excellent people

I recently visited here to get my oil changed. They tested my blinkers, brake lights, headlights, etc and the oil change itself took less than 10 mins. The only complaint that I have is what happened when the guy I had been dealing with brought me my dip stick to check the oil level. I was surprised because the place I usually use does not do this. So I was impressed with their service. I didn't say anything right away when he showed it to me and then he asked "do you even know what you're looking at?". Appalled, I answered yes I did know what it was. I appreciate the quick service and thorough testing but not his choice of words.

The employees here are absolutely amazing! They have a great team that are pleasant and so knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good work and great service. I am huge on customer service and this is where it’s at! So thankful to them all. So don’t hesitate and call Tire Engineers not only for your tires, but for all your car needs.
