I have a very special needs grandson who has been needing a haircut. He is very hard to keep still and cooperative. Riki Alexander Byler, in the Benton, AR location was so great with him! She was patient and kind and we appreciated it so much. He got a great haircut too!

Was there when she opened and got right in the seat for hair cut.
Requested style: Just basically trim up what I have and letting the hair grow out enough to put hair behind my ears. Short cut.!!
Hair type: Straight Gray hair. Super thick and very dry

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, the woman cut my hair much shorter than I asked. She was fresh out of school and wasn’t very confident in her abilities, another stylist have to keep stopping her to correct her, she did not listen to the client and did not apologize for her mess up. It was my first time coming here and I had a horrible experience. I will never come back

Requested style: Wavy curls, the stylist did an excellent job, had a wedding to go to the next day and my curls stayed in for the next day, didn't think they would with using the flat iron cause I usually use a curling iron to make it stay in but she did it great ?

I got a wash & haircut. Hair wash was nice, kind of relaxing. I asked for my hair to be put back in layers, it was pretty grown out. When I got home to dry it, it was really choppy! Nothing blended on the sides. It was just sticking out & unmanageable. I have a side part & you can see where it was cut like bangs & pushed to the side. It had an abrupt end instead of blending. Both sides are so choppy, nothing blends. Hard to manage. I always have my hair cut in layers. Although the back seems fine. I can't wait for my hair to grow out so it’s more manageable. I guess that’s what I get for going to Supercuts! I’m sorry but I won’t be back.
Stylist: I don’t want to mention any names. She might be good cutting other than layers.
