Used a free MVP haircutting coupon to get a haircut. At checkout the lady told me to keep it scanned a kids cut coupon and charged me 19 dollars for a free haircut. Bait and switch scummy place. Will tell everyone I know to avoid that scummy place. I will visit someone else.

Today was second time I tried to use SC. About a month ago, signed in online, got to store, was not on board. Stylist came, checked in someone who walked in after me and never checked with me.. so I left. Tried to sing on today, website never let me sign in. Went on to local SC, signed in there.after about 10 minutes a guy walks in (who had signed in online) but was not showing on board. Stylist checked his phone and bumped him in front of me...pissed so I left.

Sports Clips in Benton delivers great haircuts, but it's consistently overcrowded. Unfortunately, I've had to walk out due to long waits. However, the staff is fantastic; their service is top-notch."

Went to sports clip in Benton, checked in online and arrived with an approximate 9 minute wait time. After about 15-20 minutes I was the next person to go and they called someone who was below me on the list. I asked as to why also my name was taken off the list and they said after I’ve been in the que for so long it’ll take my name off and they said I would be the next person. After waiting another 10 minutes, another person was called to go next. I then left angry and went to the Sports clip in Bryant and was in and out in 10 minutes. Will not ever go back to the Benton location.

I brought my 2 year old on a busy Saturday. They did very well with him, as it was his fieat haircut. Alisha was our stylist, and she was awesome.

Daisy was phenomenal!!! She saw that I had normally received a high skin fade and enhanced it. She is very personable and provides optimal customer service. She is very intuitive and thorough which makes the customer experience exponentially better. She took the extra steps to shave the bottom half of my cut to make it last, and she ensured that I was satisfied before I left her chair. Daisy is a shining example of customer service and attention to detail. She is a perfectionist, and, from a perfectionist perspective, she is worthy of all benefits available to a stellar employee.
