Rudest people ever work at this bank…not to mention they are lazy and want you to drive to Bryant branch to conduct business because their lobby is closed on Saturdays and if it’s not a simple transaction they are not going to do it.

Should not be open. They are not customer focused. They don’t know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Asked for a manager. The guy who works there asked for what. I’m from a different world where bank managers actually interact with customers when tellers aren’t equipped. I have another account with Regions. I closed my account with Simmons today. My advice is Choose another bank…

The worst bank in Benton. Multiple employees inside but they want to overwork one guy having him help the people in the lobby and drive thru while a lady just sits there watching the line grow and grow. Then when it’s finally your turn, they don’t even pay enough attention to you to put your money in your own account. But hey, at least they got their McDonald’s door dashed to them.

This Bank never answers the phone. Never! This place used to be metropolitan national Bank and it was a good bank. Simmons took over and you can't get through to customer service no matter which branch you called. The bounce check fees are almost up to $40 a check. It's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.
