Worst experience I ever had at a service department. I dropped off my camping trailer to fix a shower leak, look under shower for soft spots and check some other issues I was having. They called me a day later saying they had the issue fixed, and I got it set back and the leak was worst than when I dropped it off. The repairman was very rude when he told me he couldn’t find the leak, and then when I was hooking up to it no one came to help me back to it or help hook it up. After I got it back I requested a refund for the poor job they did and they told me that they had technically done what I asked of them so I would not receive a refund. I will never bring anything of mine back there.
Edit: My receipt says “Leaking underneath the shower/ No leaks found” and “ Seal the shower pan inside to make sure it does not leak.” And it leaks now worse then it did before so I do not understand how this from poor communication as you said when this exactly what I wanted done. You just didn’t do it. I am busy and no time when you are open am I available so no I don’t want to take another day off work for you to refix what you should have done the first time. I thought asking for a refund was a reasonable request but I guess not.

Went in for repairs, and it was worse when I got it back. My shower was leaking , instead of fixing the leak they broke my shower faucet and when I paid for the repairs it was leaking worse.

Just bought our second E-Pro from RV City. The staff (especially Curtis and Jessica) are so helpful with the whole process. Austin did the whole walk through process and explained all the upgrades from our previous camper. We couldn't be happier with our new camper from RV City!

Teresa and I decided to finally make a purchase we had been thinking about for years. We have wanted a camper for years but the time was just never right. Now that we have adopted Lyndie we want to do things with her that we were never able to do with our older girls. After several bad experiences we found ourselves at RV City which is literally in our front yard. Curtis met us as we were getting out of the car and he showed us around. He could not have been nicer and kinder to Lyndie. We finally decided on the Cherokee Wolf Pup and filled out the paperwork, with little hope of actually being able to get approved. The paperwork was turned over the Jessica and Teresa in the office, and I’m not sure what voodoo or witchcraft they did, but we were not only approved, but with terms that fit into our budget. After the deal was finalized we had an issue getting the wiring harness installed on our Xterra and the unit sat on the parking lot at RV City for nearly two weeks. During that time Austin did a masterful job cleaning and prepping the unit. Also while we waited on the wiring Wade installed some bug guards and a cover over the AC unit. Once we got the SUV up to code Wade gave us a complete and VERY thorough walk around and showed up how to do all the cool thing this unit will do. He was very patient with me as he showed me how to hook up the unit safely.
If you are in the market for camper you CANNOT do better than RV City here in Benton!

We had a small water leak from the hot water and took it in. Teresa took care of everything and then called to let me know when it was ready.

Titled: Saving The Best For Last
My husband and I just purchased our first RV, we are so excited. If you are looking to purchase an RV please give these guys and gals a try. Our experience was wonderful.
Ed in sales was wonderful and patient with us, we looked at over 10 RVs and he walked patiently along side us and explained every feature.
Christine, Teresa and Jessica are just sweethearts! I advise you don't leave without talking to Christine, I almost did!! She will definitely take care you. Teresa is just a jewel and RV city is blessed to have a beautiful soul on their team. Jessica....girl you ROCK! a true business woman, straight to the point with no fluff, again if this is the service you are looking for please stop in to see them.
Wade is a true character an will definitely keep you company and answer all your question regarding the best products to buy in store for your new RV(Check out the curling irons)..lol We love this guy.
If you have any mechanical issues, let Jade and Brian check it out for you. These guys are so knowledgeable.

AUSTIN, man what can I say! This guy right here is heaven sent. long story short, I started to have second thoughts about my purchase, was prepared to walk away from the deal. I guess I had first time RV owner jitters. But Austin explained every spec to my husband and I. Made us feel like we had been owning for years when it was just hours. We came in at 9am as soon as they opened, stayed with Austin until maybe 1:45. He thoroughly explained every button, proper maintenance and how to hook up! He never left our side, was very attentive. He allowed us to practice as long as we wanted to, we never felt rushed. RV city hear me loud and clear, Austin really closed this deal! He is what every company needs on their team. I love everyone there, they made us feel like family. RV CITY ROCKS!!!

A few weeks ago my husband had a minor mishap with our camper. After contacting our insurance company I called RV City to ask if they did repairs. Fortunately for us, they do. We set up a time to bring the camper to them, the insurance company provided the payment and we were set. There was a small snag when we found out that the particular color we needed to replace the damaged panel was on back order. Since this camper is used a LOT when my husband goes hunting, we opted for their suggestion of using a different color that they had available. In the process of fixing that panel a couple of things were damaged. We understood, it happens! No big deal. We contacted them, brought some pictures to show and they said, "We've got you. Bring it on back up here!". Not only did they fix it, but they did it RIGHT THEN! Like, while my husband was standing there, lol.
Long story short, our camper is fixed and, when the time comes for ANYTHING else camper related, we're absolutely going back to RV City :)

We had excellent customer service from the time we first stopped to the time we picked up our new travel trailer. Curtis was our salesman, he was patient with us while we looked around. Wade done the walk through with us and answered any questions we had. Theresa and Jessica was welcoming as well as we finalized the paperwork and purchased what we needed while we was there. Austin done a good job on cleaning the camper for us before we got there. Brian and Jade was also great! Jade placed covers over our fans before we left also. For this being the first time we have purchased a camper we are extremely pleased with the service we received during the whole process. Thank you so much for each and everyone of you.

This place is awesome!! We were in a bind with a broken a/c. They worked us in immediately and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Teresa was amazing to help get us sorted and was so friendly. The service guys Jade, Wade, Austin and Brian wee extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t say enough about this team and how they literally saved our camping trip!! ???
