I cannot say enough about the wonderful service at Ron’s! Every employee was so friendly and courteous and the repairs on my car were perfect —- and done faster than expected! I highly recommend Ron’s for any body work you need done on your car. And they have two adorable cats and an adorable dog there, too.

If I could give a Minus Zero for Ron's body shop I would. Particularly naming Rodney for this rating. I got a written estimate from him and took my truck in to be repaired. The bumper and quater panel were supposed to be replaced and the tailgate repaired from a collision with insurance paying for it. I get my truck back mind you it's an older farm truck. They replaced the bumper but the panel had been painted over. The dent from the wreck still there along with a previous dent and some long scratches. It looks ridiculous like someone didn't have any sense and spray painted over the damage. He never called and and told me this was his plan. When I questioned him he said insurance wouldn't pay for it and that he hadn't said the panel would be replaced. I told him that I had an estimate from him and then he changed his story that there was already scratches and that's why they wouldn't pay for it. He said I would have to call the insurance company and get them to pay for it myself. My question is if he knew it needed to be replaced because in his words the panel buckled when the bumper got shoved up under the panel...how can insurance pay for it if he didn't even tell them to replace it? He didn't remember he gave me the estimate so they just painted over the damage. He said it would take 10 days it took 3 weeks. Their reviews were pretty good online but now after talking to people in person I am hearing the same shoddy work and similar lies from others in the community. My vehicle is just an old vehicle but I would like them to have done what the estimate said. They also called and told me my truck was ready so I go to pick it up and was told the tail light would be in the next day. Then it was that the wrong part was ordered. Very disappointed!
Edit 9/16 I spoke with the insurance company at 4:00 today and there was no record of Ron's Body Shop submitting a request for the panel to be replaced (like the estimate stated) and they did not deny it because it was never submitted. They also said the job on their records stated they allowed 2 days for repairs not the 3 weeks Ron's had it. I will live with with the crappy job yall did because my only other option is bringing it back there and I am NOT!

I was a little disappointed in the communication while our car was being repaired. They originally said 7 days and it was 3 weeks. After a few issues, work seems to be fine. Perhaps this is expected, but I am not used to this. Several issues had to corrected and we are hoping all is good.

Love love love Ron’s body shop. So easy to deal with; everyone there is so nice. They definitely help make stressful situations like a wreck less stressful! And they do great work - car is back to new!!

We took our son’s BMW in to get repaired after a deer hit him. It took way longer than what we feel it should have. Parts were either ordered wrong or came in wrong, so that slowed process down even longer. But all said & done the car looks good & no problems so far.

They got me in and fixed my car within just a few days! Went to pick it up and my car looked so good. They even cleaned my car for me. Definitely recommend Ron’s Body Shop!!

Did an excellent job repairing our vehicle. Took longer than expected, but that was due to extra damage found and dealing with other persons insurance and waiting on parts. My brother was right it looks brand new.

Fast, friendly, and had my car looking amazing. No hassle with the insurance claim as they handled everything. Even cleaned the inside which was a nice surprise.
