Room was ok, service wasn't. We could hardly ever get towels, don't get a towel dirty cause then it's stained and will charge you $5 cause they were a little dirty. Then don't get any kind at all of an attitude or he will take half your deposit. Then took 3days to catch him there to get our deposit

85 for the night out of date. Heard people being loud yelling and banging on walls till 3 am. Vending machines are out of service and ice machine is broken. The lady informed me when I checked in there were no visitors allowed on the property which I just need a place to sleep till the morning and she looked confused. The last time this room was cleaned supposedly was in October of 2022 one of my kids found a Walmart receipt by the tv. In other words don’t stay at this hotel not worth the money, it wasn’t worth $85. So since I can’t leave a zero I will leave a(1)

If I could do negative 0 I would give this hotel .. I will be calling health department.. I stayed and my feet were bitten by bed bugs … went to hospital and my feet were swollen … the room toilet did not work and whole room was nasty … we couldn’t go anywhere because Uber was not around.. I would’ve been better having to sleep outside .. the shower was not clean it was black and it was mold on the wall.. I end up getting cellulitis and missed work … do not stay here plan on suing

if i could give a 0 i could , spiders were everywhere something bite me and my friend that stayed they the pillows were yellow and the room smelled like mold , the guy was rude and charged us for every inconvenience would not recommend staying here at all!

I did not stay at this inn, but I am giving these folks a 5+ for their kindness! A week ago last Saturday my husband and I were returning to TX and were stuck in the awful traffic on I 30 in front of Relax Inn when I suddenly HAD to go to a restroom. I took a risk of crossing the interstate, grassy median, and 2 lanes of frontage road. Although there wasn't a restroom in the entrance they graciously allowed me to go to a room where their maid was cleaning. THANK YOU!

Don't even think of staying at this place rooms stink smell like pure mold hair all over bed and guess what no refund and tried to give us another room an it was the some and then tried to charge us $10 extra for another room. So we lost $75. If could give a zero star we would.

Made the mistake of stopping here on short notice from a road trip. Besides the room being on the low side of amenities, I found bedbugs!!!We were switched to another room, but it was hard to rest after that adventure. We'll be sure not to stay here on the return trip. ?

Very comfortable stay. Good price and well appointed room. Had no issues. If you are easily disturbed by highway sounds this is not the place for you. But I personally will use them again

The bathtub wasn't clean the bedspread has holes and rips in it. The furniture has stains all over it and my feet stuck to the carpet

I come for work every month in Benton and usually get a hotel to stay in if needed. I stayed and I was a bit uncomfortable. The curtains didn’t close all the way, toilet didn’t wanna flush sometimes, and the closet rod was unstable. I mean for $45 that’s expected, right? I didn’t like how the staff asked me when I plan to leave and told me what to do. I know it’s just them being informational, but I didn’t like that.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The room was small but all that we needed ,basically clean and comfortable. It had a small table with two chairs also a nice counter with a chair and a large mirror to get ready in the morning-outside of the bathroom. Plenty of electrical plugins. Older microwave and mini fridge that worked fine. A few cosmetic issues that really did not affect our stay. Older style decor but all that we needed. The pillows were so comfy! The air was off when we arrived but the unit cooled the whole room very quickly. We booked online and the room with tax only came to $48!!.

The manager is rude. He threatens to charge you for every inconvenience. He will come into your room with or without your permission. Heaven forbid you run out of something when house keeping isnt there. He will make you wait. Bugs. Bugs. Bugs. No hot water. The onsite dryer does not work. The ice machine does not work. You will pay a higher price than advertised. Online its 40. Be prepared to pay 60. He lies. . his staff are sweet and very accommodating. But. The manager is an absolute nightmare. He has a comment for every little thing. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The fridge door was even broken. And the wifi advertised. Is a joke. It never works. If you are thinking of staying here i recommend. One of the other hotels in the area. Despite the manager saying "its quiet" you hear fighting at night. Oh. And the manager likes to watch you on the cameras he has installed on the walkway. If you do something he does not like. He will call your room and tell you all about it. While threatening to charge you more.

The young lady's name was Mini who was my point of contact on this visit. She greeted me when I walked in with a smile on her face and actually seemed to enjoy her job. She knew the area well enough to recommend some local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the price couldn't be beat
