The battery in my Fiat went out. It’s not a super common make, and I’ve had issues before where certain places can’t work on it, can’t do oil changes, etc., so I knew it might be a headache to find a replacement. After the first store I went to didn’t have one, I called NAPA, and a gentleman named Freddy said they had one in stock. I told him I’d be right in, and he had it waiting for me when I arrived. He let us borrow their toolbox so we could change it right there in the parking lot. I am so thankful for the help I got at this store, even just having one in stock was a relief to me, but to have it waiting for me and to let me use their tools to install was taking it above and beyond. Thank you!

These guys are awesome I ordered a original another store refused to order for me. They said it works be there the next day and it was. They were pleasant and helpful and not to mention the store is well stocked with good parts and knowledgeable staff
