Prices on website are FALSE AND MISLEADING. I just had the worst experience ever with this dealership. I am helping my dad purchase a certified used truck. He has excellent credit (over 800 score) and was making a sizeable CASH down payment (over 10k). We start working on price, first line on worksheet is price listed on website. Second line on worksheet is a $1,500 charge for certified pre-owned. Ok, that seemed odd since it was listed as Certified on the ad. Then they quote a 9.95% interest rate for 60 months. Which is totally out of line with his credit score. I get him approved with Bank of America for 6.5% and I see this dealership is listed as a preferred dealer with Bank of America. Great, all I need to do is give them a code and the loan is funded automatically. I call back to tell them that I found a better interest rate. Then they tell me "the price listed on the website is only available if you finance through them". Such misleading advertising on website!!! They wouldn't go below a 7.5 interest rate. I told them we would be going somewhere else, thier response was "Thank you, and let us know if anything changes." I mean WHAT in the actual!??!? You say one price on website but then you start adding the certified fee and then an outrageous interest rate for a well qualified buyer and let them walk out door!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP WITH THIER FALSE PRICES AND BAIT AND SWITCH TATICS.

Unwilling to negotiate period. Lied about what was put into the vehicle after looking through paperwork. Seemed uninterested in making deal, while negotiating salesman was on his phone. Offered $18,500 with listed price of $19,600. 2 days later the price was lowered to $18,500 online and I was not called nor messaged. If I could review a 0 star I would.

I don’t think my car shopping experience could’ve been any better! Our salesman, Devan, was great. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicles and gave some pretty great insight on the vehicle I was choosing. He made the whole buying process easy and walked us through every step. Not to mention he did a fantastic job getting us set up with all our different features and packages after the purchase went through. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend Devan at McLarty Nissan in Benton!
Also, I love my 2024 Nissan Frontier! Feels good ti be back in the truck family!

The folks here are awesome! Make sure you ask for Jaci or Devan! Both of them went out of their way to help me out over two days even though I was coming in late. Frank worked hard and found me a great deal for financing, and Chris made everything easy to understand when it came to signing. Awesome new and used cars to pick from when you get here! Couldn’t be happier with the experience
