Be ready to sign paperwork the minute you talk to someone. They didn’t have a truck ready to be driven so I have them a day to wash it and put a door panel back on. They knew I was coming back to drive it. They had my contact information. I go back the next day for the test drive and I’m told I they sold it. A text agreement to come a drive doesn’t warrant a courtesy text message or a call. Don’t waste your time with them.

Super easy! They were on time for the courtesy pickup and when they weren't able to make the time quoted they sent a courtesy car for me to use. The service staff was great and accurate on the quote they had given me. Best maintenance experience I've had

I recently took my Bronco Sport in for service and from start to finish, the service was fantastic, efficient, and so very nice. This is important to me...I have to trust those who work on my vehicles and Everrett Ford earned that without a doubt. I highly recommend them!

I found my car on autotrader but this dealer was over 4 hours away. I was making very low offers to dealers to see if any would accept and ship the car to me. This dealer is not only the only one who surprised me with accepting my offer but is the only one that actually replied. A salesman texted me with more info, the manager called me to confirm details. I usually like to be there in person, see/touch/talk, but again over 4 hours away. I’ve bought A LOT OF CARS and this was the easiest transition I’ve ever done!!! This was by far my best experience ever and I didn’t step foot in a dealership.

Stacy McNulty was amazing when we purchased our Bronco. We had pre-ordered then of course covid interfered and I heard of so many dealers spiking prices but Stacy took care of us!! I’ve been able to brag on this lady to many! Please ask for Stacy!!

Our experience at Everett Ford was absolutely exceptional. We owe that thanks to our salesman AJ! He waited patiently with me as I went back and forth on a certain vehicle without being pushy or making me feel like I was asking for too much. That is one thing I look for in a salesman. I promise I am the pickiest person and he found exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. He really knows his stuff. Anytime you need help or are ready to buy a new car….ask for AJ. You will not be disappointed!

I commend Ben Malone in the service department for making my every visit to the service department a positive one. His professionalism and communication skills are always on point.
