I always enjoy this particular Kroger Location. It is always well stocked with lots of variety and options. People are super friendly. I was able to get in an get what I needed fairly quickly despite it be a huge store.

St. Louis style ribs were being grilled for Father's day! The ribs were excellent, thanks to the couple that were working hard to keep the ribs available. They will be serving up the same ribs for the 4th of July.

There is always an issue with Kroger pickup! I was given notice 1.5 hours from my scheduled pick up time that they were moving the time to 3 hours after pickup. They do this constantly

My family and I had recently relocated to the Bryant area due to my relocation to the military. My son had transferred to this location. He recently told me of the new management that had transferred there, and as we all know, sometimes personalities can collide because the prior management did an outstanding job and never had any issues with my son. My family has always taught my son that he should remain professional and always do his best regardless of what he may see. Essentially, this was his first job, and he had worked there for two years and planned to remain there while pursuing his goal of becoming an engineer in computer science. The supervisor and management team were very rude and very unprofessional. In my military career as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, the leaders must train their subordinates to become efficient in their jobs. However, that does not seem to register as they only complain of subordinates rather than the mentor. I would not recommend any young black males to work at this location until they revise on how to be good leaders rather than dictators.

This location is laid out very strange. Be prepared with skates on when shopping. Too, they don't carry the brands we normally purchase in Florida.

Pam the manager in the money center. Is the reason I downloaded the wal-mart grocery app. Maybe a customer service manager should learn how not to wobble down the stairs with an attitude. Sorry to make you do your job. But I won't spend another dollar at that store.

Enjoyed shopping and saving money on almost everything I bought. The one downside was they need more checker , long lines are no fun .

Quick sale don t mean one bad onion in a bag and price it $1 ,or 2 bad aples and boom priced $1 who ever work there they don t know the value of a dollar if you need to do a quick salesman be reasonable or you will have to make a trip to the dumpster, also your carts most of them don t work, the automatic little door at the entrance don t work ,,thus store it's not well managed at all,hard bread on the shelves I assume expired sold at high price,expired produce and bad looking ,this store its really going dawn...

On April 21, 2024 at approximately 1:00 PM I placed an online order with Kroger to pick up at 8:00 pm later the same evening. Later around 5:30, my wife had received a email stating the order had been cancelled. When I called back to inquire about a refund after listening to a voice message telling me to do so.. I was met with Kristian Smith (store manager). I expressed my concerns to Kristian advising him that this was the second time Kroger had cancelled my order last minute..and the first time this happened it resulted in me not receiving a refund of approximately $300.00 for 3 weeks to a month. Krisitian proceeded to hang up in my face after I stated that I wanted an explanation. Due to not receiving resolution I went to the store. Before I could even speak to a member of management I was told by a young lady name Cassidy that the store manager Kristian had called the police on my wife, two year old child and I without any contact with me or explanation to me as to why. After contact with the police was made.. the police stated that the reason for the call was the store manager Kristian told him that we had stolen from the store. Not only that but the police threatened my wife stating that if she did not provide any information that she would be thrown in the back of the police car .. so Kristian had called the police and made a false police report stating that we had stolen to get the police to come up to the store... Not only do I not have my money, but I don't have my groceries either and that is actually the definition of theft! Kristian put my family in one of the most dangerous positions, being investigated for any amount of time by the police on a false claim of theft. Kristian never even tried to resolve the issue. He could've at least issued a gift card or allowed us to just get the items from the store that we had purchased but we could not explore those options because Kristian acted unethically, immorally and cowardly. The police had also stated that we are banned from that Kroger.. where we have spent 10's of thousands of dollars..
