Thank you for respecting your military veterans and accepting their insurance for medication. You’re one of the ONLY pharmacies here in Benton that does. I was refused at Walgreens and Finleys and found that very difficult because I was sick and had to run around in this rain trying to get my medication. I served my country faithfully and get turned away when I needed help. So your pharmacy will be getting my business as well as your store. My veteran friends will too. Thank you.

Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is 'cause the staff have always been friendly to me, and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 mins (unless other customers r ahead of me, or I've got a second prescription that's still being processed) The problem is that the online info (as far as the pharmacy being open or closed) doesn't always match up with the store I received a message this morning saying I've got a prescription ready for pickup so I checked online to c if the pharmacy was open today (being July 4th), and it shows they're open, but when I got there they were closed The online info only says "4th of July may affect these hrs", not "We're closed for the 4th, sorry for any inconvenience" This is something that needs to be fixed

Who ever came up the idea the pharmacy should be closed between 1:00 & 1:30 should imeaditly be replaced. Two incompetent people standing around that jacked an order 3 times in a roll telling a paying customer to come back in 30 minutes. I'm still stunned

First of all, the service here is quite immaculate considering the impatient and short fused public. Never had to wait excessively and everyone is sweet and conveys information accurately and professionally, WITHOUT FAIL.
Secondly, they are great with people, I’ve seen them heroically let talkative customers run their mouth for 30 minutes and still take care of business.
When I had to visit Serbia for 2 months they made accommodations for me to get a 2 month supply even though it was probably a headache.
This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever had truly a charming bunch who care about their customers truly

TERRIBLE SERVICE! sat in the drive thru for 20 mins- get to the window and gave the lady my name and date of birth- she told me I needed to drive around and get back in line behind 3 other people and I needed a pharmacy consult and I asked her why when I have been on them for a long time, she then told me "I'm not arguing with you". So, I parked my car and walked inside, to find out that the medication I called in over the weekend 2 days ago 1 is still being worked on and will be another 30 mins. Never going back!!!!

Employees are super nice and professional. I never feel like I’m an inconvenience which is extremely refreshing. 9/10 times they have all of the sale items. I drive about 30 minutes to ship at this location if that helps you decide to shop there!

I've never had problems with my curbside pickup here until last night. We had our pickup scheduled between 8-9. We arrive at 8:30 and there's one other car there in spot one with the car turned off. We check in and wait for 20 minutes for someone to bring out groceries. After 20 minutes, the employee running the curbside pickup gets out of the car in spot one, puts on her vest and brings out our groceries. Like are you kidding me? Then she takes the cart back inside, gets back in her car and leaves. She couldn't have just brought our groceries out 30 minutes ago then left? Also, nearly all our meat was cancelled so idk what's going on with that but I'll be going somewhere else today to buy it.

Kroger Pharmacy does not even deserve a star, it appears they are always out of prescriptions or running behind. Can never send prescriptions to nearby Kroger stores when the actual policy is to just call and request it to a different store. Literally children who are working behind the counter.
