I used Hurricane Lake Storage for over a year from 2021 to 2022. The area was always clean and easy to access. My climate controlled unit was always very comfortable with no noticeable humidity. Mrs. Jean at the front office was very polite and professional and sent me a text personally every month before she changed my card. The only reason they get 5 stars is because I cannot leave 6. I highly recommend this business for storage needs.

Old owners were great but it’s been taken over by Arkansas Storage Centers which is the reason for the 1 star. They never called but sent an email saying my stuff was about to be auctioned off due to non payment. I had payment set up to pay automatically with the previous management and was never told I needed to swap anything over. They charged me $35 in late fees in the already overpriced unit. Very poor customer service.

Great facility and staff is very helpful and friendly. Very easy to do business with. Jean was extremely helpful. 5+ star operation!

Jean was very helpful and professional. She helped us every step of the way - renting the unit, processing payment and closing out our account when we were done. We rented a climate controlled unit. Both the building and the unit were clean and well-lit. The grounds are well maintained as well. Thank you!

My experience with the manager (Jean) and the storage center was great! She was timely with her response to my questions and the units are new and well maintained.
