Be nice be able talk to someone at the store or someone let you know updates on your computer but other than that everything has been great.

Every time I have had to use Geek Squad I had no problems getting my problem solved and they are willing to come out to your home to educate you about a program.

Great customer service. Solved my problem the very first time and even answered others that came up. Will be a Geek Squad customer for a long while.
