Every time I come here something goes wrong. I came here to deposit my mortage payment, which was scheduled to take out of my account at midnight that night, they didnt deposit my money into my account (have no idea where my money was for 24 hrs) so I was charged late fees. When I went to another branch the next day they had no explanation. The tellers take your money and dont ask what you would like to have done with it, which is unsettling when they are holding your electirc bill in their hands and they dont know what account to put the money in because they didnt ask. The most professional person I have encountered here is the lady who lets you in the saftey deposit boxes and thats about it. Dont know what has happened to this branch.

First Security knows you by your face and your first. I bank there and I don't even have to give them my account number they already know it. You don't have to wait on a debit card. They will give you a lot of choices in th3 color and theyme. You type in you pass code twice. They print your card. Take you to the ATM and activate your card and presto, ready to use. The manager is super friendly and greats people with a smile, welcome to First Security. There are suckers and chocolate kisses on the counter inside the bank. On Friday's they have popcorn, donuts. The manager of the bank works behind the counter if needed. I recommend this bank to anyone.
