One star isn’t even deserved. Terrible management along with embarassing excuses. Claims all of their staff has left causing the pharmacy to be behind when in reality the new owner continuously fires the employees who worked there under Tim and continues to hire incompetent people. This pharmacy doesn’t deserve to have business at this point. The new owner, along with the new head pharmacist should be ashamed of them selves. I, along with my family would never and will never return, and heavily advise others to do the same.

Great pharmacy and staff. Very professional and willing to help. I have used them for many years Delivery available for $5 which is well worth it. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful local pharmacy that has always treated me well. They stay pretty busy but are pretty good about getting you on your way as soon as possible. The only issue I have ever had here is that sometimes, when a certain medication is in short supply, they can not get it, while some of the bigger chain stores are still able to.

They are the best pharmacy EVER! Have used them exclusively since they first opened. Friendly, caring, professional and they really care about their customers! Actually treat you like family! They help you in anyway they can. If you have an after hours emergency they have a number you can call to get help. Also free delivery and not just for " in town customers ".

Switched to Finley for 2 Reasons. 1. Walgreens, enough said. 2. It's just a few blocks from my home... so it's way more convenient. They aren't open as late, but that hasn't been a problem for me. I do wish they could send text notifications when an Rx was ready to pickup... but again, not a deal breaker. I will say that I am very impressed with the amount of Pharm Techs they have staffed. This place has a lot of employees and they are able to process walk-ins very quickly as opposed to Walgreens downtown. Finley Pharmacy also seems to have a soul... so far I am pleased and impressed even if their messaging systems are a bit old school; its working like a well oiled machine and I am proud to be a customer. Plus its nice to see employees actually smiling and not pulling out their hair.

Very professional and care about me on a personal level. They remember me and always ask about my kids, whom they've gotten to know from our brief visits. I had trouble getting medications transferred and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue that wasn't even in their end. Love these folks!

I had to shop three pharmacies before I found a real pharmacy that cares about its customers that operates with that philosophy customer is first it's so obvious and Mr Finley wonderful man to do business with I appreciate their business and their attitude and the prices are by far the cheapest anywhere I bought my prescriptions we're talking over 10 years now

I have been going here for years to buy one small packet of sudafed during the fall when my allergies flair up. Today I was refused. They said since I didn't have a personal relationship with them it was against the law to sell to me. I looked up the law, and while they can refuse, it is not in fact against the law. I am a working class clean and sober law abiding citizen. I feel insulted. John from Benton
