Bought a sectional for $2000. After it was delivered and set up (without them checking the recliners) I found one of the recliner handles kept coming unhooked from the release latch. Had the handle replaced. That night it broke. Had that handle replaced and it has thankfully held up for the months since. After that debacle the threads on both seams on the back of one of the recliners totally ripped out from my dog trying to get a ball that rolled under it. I was glad it had a one year manufacturer warranty which we purchased an additional two years protection that they offered through a separate company. By the time they get a new cover and come to replace it the same thing has happened on the other side. Now Kevin, the repairs manager, can’t fix this one “because my dog did it” even though that’s what happened last time and he refers me to the extended warranty company FCP. I call the other company through which we bought additional warranty from (FCP)and they say Ferguson’s should cover it because of the 1 year manufacturer warranty. I call kevin back and he claims they only fixed the first one as a courtesy and that I have to tell them my dog did it and I was referred back to FCP. Thankful FCP is taking care of it even though they agree that Ferguson’s should be. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because we like our sectional and the guy who actually does the repairs was nice. Otherwise it would be lower. Pushy sales people, terrible customer service, weak stitching on the furniture. Do not recommend.

Thank you, Ferguson Furniture! Super pleased with my experience. Tammy gave us a great price, and said delivery would be 5-6 weeks. It was delivered in 3 weeks. And the crew that came over were friendly, quick, and accommodating. They arranged the couch exactly where I wanted it. We will definitely shop there again.

Decent furniture at expensive prices. We looked for kitchen table chairs which they only had a handful which we were told couldn't be sold unless it was with the dining set. Their sister company is Cleo's. We left empty-handed.

This is a review for both Ferguson’s and Eastman House mattresses :Bobby spent a long time with me while I tested mattresses. He gave me what I felt was his honest opinion, not some salesman spiel. I left, and came back later that day for another test of the mattress that I liked. He was very accommodating, even switching bases around for me because we have a motion bed. I did a lot of Googling, but Eastman House mattresses are not widely advertised. Courtney, my first contact at Ferguson’s, told me Eastman House had a lumbar support feature which she said was extremely beneficial to her. We ended up making the purchase after Courtney kindly sent me multiple photos of the mattress plus more information from the manufacturer. It was delivered (very professionally I must say), four weeks earlier than stated. We slept on it last night and my husband, the one who needs the lumbar support, woke up with his spine in complete alignment this morning, which is almost never the case. I hope this mattress continues to perform like this for years to come. Thank you Ferguson’s and especially Courtney and Bobby.

Very nice store loaded with quality furniture. Went browsing for new recliner and so glad we stopped here. Greeted by Courtney and she spent most of an hour showing us many different styles and features. Best thing... NO PRESSURE TO BUY! We were so impressed, we came back two days later and purchased a zero gravity power recliner. Now thinking of replacing our bed set too! Don't change a thing Ferguson's, your doing it right!

My family went in today looking for a sectional. We were greeted when we walked in and got a really good feel for the place. Tammy was amazing! She was patient with me as I was very picky and wanted to be sure I was investing in the perfect piece for our home. There was absolutely zero pressure to purchase, and to me, that means a whole lot! Tammy’s customer service was so incredible that after going to a couple other local furniture stores, I just knew we needed to come back to Ferguson’s. We purchased a sectional this evening and I’m very satisfied with our experience! ?????Great service, really good deals, looks like great quality; I plan to be a returning customer!

I can’t say enough great things about Mike, our salesman, and Tammy, the store manager, at Ferguson’s. A few days before my wife’s recent back surgery, we realized we needed a new recliner to aid in her recovery. We headed to Benton to look. When it seemed traffic delays would cut it close to closing time, we called to let them know. Mike said he would be happy to stay and help us. We arrived to great hospitality and never seemed rushed. Their selection was great and in stock was better than any other place we had looked. We sat in some very highly rated recliners and once we made our selection, Tammy made sure it would be delivered before my wife came home from the hospital. Now she is enjoying her new Flexsteel recliner and recovering nicely. Even I get to sit in it once in awhile! In this time of supply chain issues beyond their control, it was great to find a place that was up front about availability and went out of their way to take care of the customer.

I bought a 2200$ couch and was delivered a 1500$ couch that was an obvious repo. The assistant manager had me send of pic of sofa I received and stopped answering my calls. I went to the store and found she moved the original sofa off of floor and placed one like the one they delivered in its place. I finally got my money back but was left with out a sofa for a week waiting on my new one which obviously wasn't one from this store.

Still Waiting on my furniture delivery quoted 3-6 months now almost 7 months! Was told by manager at 6 months furniture was on the truck headed to Benton, AR. At 61/2 months was told a line of B.S. by a sales guy. Called back couple days later was told furniture arrived and would be delivered the following week as driver was out til then. Never heard so called back day before their three day window delivery talked to a sales gal and assistant manager and they are now clueless as to where my furniture is. Waiting now to find out. This place is totally mismanaged!

After a little surgery Johnny and his GM made sure I had aNew zero gravity chair delivered to my house on a Saturday!Very knowledgeable people on staff doesn’t rush you intoanything to make a quick sell, what they do is give you allthe knowledge about the product your wanting to purchase.The goal for them is to have repeated customers, new customers and customer service is above top notch!!Shop here and you want be disappointed!!!

I purchased a tv stand over the phone and was never told all sales were final. Per my emailed receipt, the cashier wrote (x phone) in the signature line but fail to share this information with me. After an unforeseen situation on my end, I needed to cancel the delivery and get a full refund. I spoke with the Store Manager Bobby Becker. He told me they would give me a refund with a 25% restocking fee. A 25% restocking fee would cost me over $200. I explained to him the product has not been delivered. He said the fee is for his salesperson and finance time. I was happy to pay $50 but over $200 is absurd. I had no other choice but to pay it but I do have a choice not to do business with Ferguson Funiture ever again.
