Russell and Duck's Garage accepted our Motorhome for repair after breaking down in a campground. A diesel shop whose primary service is for commercial vehicles. Our MH issue was difficult, but they persevered to a good conclusion.

I called the shop last minute to get a quick diagnostic test on my freightliner. They were able to fit me in right away. Wayne the mechanic helped me out and took a look at everything. These are some of the nicest group of people I have ever run into while having my tractor serviced. I’ll definitely remember this place when I’m in the area! Thank you all so much! :)

This shop is amazing. Russell & Blake those guys do very good quality work. The last 5 years I have trusted them with both of my trucks. If I have a problem I will drive from Los Angeles, CA to Benton, AR because their work is the best. I can’t say enough good things about them. I sincerely appreciate them!

Friendly staff - easy to make appointment. Staff was friendly & made repairs in a timely manner. Russell & team explained what issues they found and what repairs were made. Would recommend - good source for RV repair in the Benton area.

Ive been looking for a decent diesel mechanic around here for a while now. After asking around, ducks garage was by far the most popular choice. I gave ducks a call and blake answered. After a quick conversation with blake, i decided to take it up there and let him look at it. After I dropped it off, i heard nothing else about it. After the 3rd time of saying id get a call back never hearing from them, i decided to go up there and see for myself. As soon as i pulled into the parking lot it was obvious that no one has even gone as far as to pop the hood and look at it yet. Once i saw that, i was done with it. I didnt even bother going inside and being lied too again. I winched it up on the trailer and left and will never be back. A complete waste of time and gas. If you bring a vehicle here, do not expect to get it back in a timely manner or even in running condition.

We have an old RV that had two blown front shocks. We were on the road traveling across country. Due to its age we were unable to find anyone willing to even look at it. Russell said it would be no problem. He got our shocks replaced and our wheel bearings packed. He also replaced a rear pinion seal and got everything greased up. We got back on the road and made it to Florida without further issues. The service and communication were nothing but amazing. I would recommend to anyone.
