Worst dollar general in the area, do not stop here unless you absolutely need to. I would willingly take an upcharge on items than shop here. Managers are awful, cashiers know it's a joke, and will not give any customer service. I once got yelled at by a lady for asking to get checked out, she stated they have a "self checkout" and that "I should've used that" I told her I only have cash, and need to buy cigarettes. She was upset and rude the whole time and I only reciprocated it back. Avoid the older lady with red hair. She hates the customers

I got lost at night with no charge on my phone, I was a bit nervous but was greeted and allowed to stay in store while I waited for AAA to come.Thank you Mgr and Damienne for being so nice.

I did an online order through the dollar general app and it sent me to this location (which is 40 min from where I lived) After 2 hours of placing my order I received a text message and email say my order has been processed and ready for pick up. I placed this ordered at 10 am for 6-7pm pick up. I arrived at store at 640pm. The cashier said I don't see an online order. He went got the night manager she Said ma'am I didn't receive an online order if I did my phone would be digging and do you see a ding. She said there would be ding all over this store till I got that order completed. I showed her thr text and email I received from them. She said well I don't know why you received that cause we didn't get anything from you. Then she goes into the office and after a few seconds I get a text and email from them saying they just canceled my order. She came back out i said well I just received text and email saying my order just canceled she said I don't know why but if you want you can go and get your items. I said No I was ferris. You would think that being a Manager or even an employee would say I'm sorry that happened to you I would be glad to get these items for you. But no she just had a mean look on her face like she didn't even want deal with this issue. So I left just said forget. She has to be the one to cancel order. I would not order from this store.

Does anyone work here other than the dog laying right inside the front door? I mean keep the dog, he's great. But no service what so ever anytime I walk in. The one lady I have seen twice is a whole situation, don't ask her for anything. Lesson learned. But is this real?

They told my white friend that both of the bathrooms were out of order. When I asked (2 mins later) they lady gave me the key. Racism has no place in this country!!!

If I could give them a negative rating I would an older gentleman there harassed my sister based off the products she was purchasing and continued to do so the entire time she was checking out and leaving.

This is the best Dollar General Store and the manager (Tracy) and staff are awesomeIt is the cleanest as well. Hard working staff.

We originally went here to go to the bathrooms, but other things happened. My stepdad was about to go in, but we spotted a dog on the welcome mat. He was friendly and sweet. He let us pet him. We went inside and bought some things. (Edit: While I was writing this, he went in the store. We are laughing like crazy.) We left, and now we are leaving. The Best Dollar General I have ever been to.

I like this new dollar general its clean and the shelves were will stocked not under staffed the floors were clean nice public restrooms and the even the Assistant manager was helping customers out. I like one they have good customer service and that they did.

So if I could rate this location a zero I would in a heartbeat.So unprofessional workers.So I went and purchased a clock from this location.We’ll I needed to return the clock that I had gotten that morning.So I went back to return unopened clock.The manager was rude and act like I didn’t get the clock there.Yet here I have a receipt and a yellow bag that said dollar general..So she got more rude tried to say they didn’t carry the clock.I told her when I was there they had two of em.She tried to walk to wrong side of the store and act like she couldn’t find em.I kept trying to show her what aisle they was on and she finally followed me where they was.Lord n behold there was the clocks n one just like the one I purchased.For some reason she made a big deal bout the dollar general bag.She stated it didn’t come from that location.Finally she did give me my money back.Now all this was on video.So I contacted the general manager for that location and explained to him what all happen.He told me had complaints before and he now knew what he needed to do.He said he would be there on a Thursday and look at the footage.That he would take care of the issues.He never called me back and the same people still work there and they are still rude to customers.These days I drive out of my way instead of going back to this location.So with that all said I will not recommend this location to anyone.Avoid it and go to Walmart etc...
