I rented a car dolly back in April and their just now taking out their 60.10. Very unprofessional. They took the credit card number over the phone very unprofessional. The owner was rude about it even though it was an unexpected charge 2 months later. I won't use uhaul ever again

I had to drop off a Uhaul here that I’d brought in from out of state that had some problems because the Uhaul location back in Texas hadn’t inspected the tires properly before handing it over to me. David’s Rentals was very polite and professional and accommodating about receiving the damaged truck and didn’t try to lay any blame on me. All my questions were answered promptly over the phone. I really appreciate the work they’re doing.

Our son in law is stuck in Benton because the reservation is in, " the U Haul abyss". How is that professional? Then after hours of waiting you try to kill him with a truck that has a bolt sticking out of the tire. The other five or so people waiting were not very happy either. Challenges happen all the time in business. It's how you fix them that count. David's Rentals gets a F+ for service and safety. If his rentals are that bad, I wonder about his used cars?

Needed a uhaul to move my daughter out of state and I have never had a better experience renting a uhaul anywhere than I did at David's. He treated us not just with great customer service, but more like we have been long time friends. I highly recommend David's!! Thanks you guys!!

I’m new to the Benton area. Couldn’t have been blessed with no other than David’s Uhaul!!! Mr. David and his staff are always so FRIENDLY but most of all, the customer service is the BEST. Mr. David goes out of his way to make sure all his customers are taken care of to the fullest!!!! Can’t ask for more than that!!!

Rented about a month ago from him, very friendly staff. There was an issue with the app (no fault of David’s), and I got a bill 3 weeks later for a late return (which it wasn’t). Where most places would have likely said tough luck, David worked with me for over an hour to get the issue resolved and return my money. Cannot recommend them enough!

Horrible! Went to pick up my truck as agreed per the reservation made days prior, they did not have it and could not find it. Gave me a large truck that was not cleaned or prepped. Charged me for an extra day even though I brought it back when I told them I would. Charged me more than what was quoted for some reason. Did not bother calling to resolve. Will not do business with again, ever! David is a good guy, but this was handled very poorly, especially for a repeat customer who has been doing business with David for several years. Extremely disappointed!

I love renting from David's. The staff have always been professional and the customer service is awesome! I've used them the past 5 times I've needed trucks to move. The pickup and return process is so simple. Kuddos to the team at David's Uhaul for the awesome job 100%
