I would give this place no stars. I haven't been in awhile but today went there to pay my bill. To be told you have two show your ? now. Not that i mind just to make sure but come on i have had cricket for almost 20 years and never have been ask for ID. Also the main reason for this rant. I cant stand that manager since she has took over the Benton location. She's totally ridiculous. They other employees super nice but she's something!! Ill continue to pay my bill over the phone.

I purchased a smart watch from this store today. The watch will only display metric conversions. There is no option to change it to a unit of measurement that is used in the United States. I took the watch back within three hours and they would not give me a refund and stated there was nothing wrong with it if it. I live in the U.S. we don’t use metric here. All units of measurement displayed in metric including the temp. The manager said she could exchange for the exact same device but that’s all she was willing to do for me. This would not solve the issue because I would still have the exact same issue. She stated there was no return on accessories, and the associate had to go look for the policy display. He finally turned a plastic display around revealing a single piece of paper referring to this policy. Other than that you have to purchase and pay for an item to see this policy on your receipt. I have been a customer of Cricket for years, and have spent thousands of dollars in this store in that time. I was willing to take a trade for any other item in the store, but the manager said NO. It seems to me that you would be more concerned for keeping your customers happy with their experience with your company. Your customer should not be forced to eat the price of an item that does not work properly out of the box. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Been with cricket for almost 10 years I've tried other cell phone companies and they just didn't stack up to the service I'm getting at cricket, but I did have issues with the people showing up on time you go up there at 9 before we open at 9 and you might be waiting an hour but I hear they have new management so I hope everything is good better, but besides that great service good friendly people

I'm not now, (nor will I ever be a Cricket customer. The people at this store, especially Israel, are very kind, caring and compassionate. They worked hard to help my cousin get a new phone within her budget. My problem with Cricket is they have a HORRIBLE network, at least in my area. My daughter and her dad had Cricket service and it constantly dropped calls and she wouldn't even get texts that were sent to her. The store itself is great though.

If you are going to post online and on your door that you open at 9:00 a.m., you should have someone there and the store open at 9:00 a.m. I wasted my time getting there this morning only for the store to be locked up and no one there to help me out.

This place is ridiculous, they cant do anything other than sell a you a phone they know nothing about. I went in to pay a bill, gave the girl the name on the account to look up, she never once asked me for any information. Then she proceeded to tell me it is $4 to pay a bill instore, really like WTH. I come to pay here so I do not have to pay the $5 fee for using our card. Any way takes the money, gives the receipt and I'm on my way. Wake up and our phone is shut off today. Go back to the store talk to someone else who knows absolutely nothing and tells us we have to pay the amount. HAHA we already paid. Called the 611 number and he had everything correct is less than 5 mins. I was on hold longer. So my point why even have that store. It is pointless, if you don't know about the product you are selling or the company you work for, you need to go on down the road. Customer service is not your strong point.

Best people you can have assisting you. There should be no problems. Any other complaints here would be inconsiderate people and rude individuals that are way too entitled and hate being told they can’t have free things. Life sucks, don’t make your problem someone else’s.
