Staff is very knowledgeable considering I am not tech savvy. Staff also is very friendly.

Best people you can have assisting you. There should be no problems. Any other complaints here would be inconsiderate people and rude individuals that are way too entitled and hate being told they can’t have free things. Life sucks, don’t make your problem someone else’s.
