Could not ask for better service! Clayton was amazing! I pulled in the parking lot two minutes until closing time, was greeted with a friendly staff ready to help. Clayton knew exactly where to find the materials I needed for my project. I was well taken care of. I will be a customer for everything this company offers in the future!

Shane either ordered the wrong thing or the logs were left out of the shipping box! Installers came and we asked “where are the logs!” Took the item back and Shane said there was nothing he could do, even after he asked us “ where are the logs!” Yes, you send it back to the manufacturer. He then said it was a custom order and no refunds! $900 for what?!? No where on the invoice did it say custom or non-refundable! Lousy service and they should be closed down for price gouging!! BTW, it wasn’t custom as he just ordered it out of a catalog! Do NOT shop at this place!!!!

I'm a former customer, just full disclosure. This place is pretty expensive, but has some good, high end patio furniture, grills, and fireplace inserts/stoves. My wife and I went in to look for a couple of patio chairs today and found what we wanted. Several hundred dollars a piece. We asked if we could buy the chairs instead of the entire set (fire pit, chairs, couch) for several thousand dollars. The answer? "No, we don't do that anymore. It takes 6 months to get them back in stock since Covid messed the supply chain up. But we can order them for you and YOU can wait 6 months for them." Really? So what you're telling me is that instead of making a sale and waiting to get inventory back in, you're willing to inconvenience the customer willing to buy from your establishment right now so your store doesn't have to wait instead? I'm sorry, but who is paying for you to be in business? The customer, surprise! Done doing business here. Too bad a business thinks it's alright to make a customer wait for 6 months for something that you have in stock right in front of them so your store won't be inconvenienced.
