The staff of this company do not take care of their job, their technicians are rude even if they are wrong. The lady on the other end of the phone hangs up on you without ending the conversation. what a lack of professionalism!

Volunteers to come check on your new equipment and does not inforrm you it is a service call and then sends you an outrageous bill which I paid. Now refuses to warrenty any parts warrenty as I have my own repairman. Do not do business this company as they are liers and cheats. I have even contacted the Arkansas Attorney General consumer affairs division

Not a laundry mat, this is a commercial laundry equipment distributor. If you own a apartment complex or hotel or hospital, this is a good place to get your equipment. Nice people.
