These guys can fix anything and their prices are very competitive. Just added Ariens to their line of zero turns. Best repairs anywhere! Best prices anywhere!

I am sorry that I never had a chance to see him complete a repair. I do believe he is honest, but how he handles backlog leaves much to be desired.I dropped off my Cub Cadet zero turn to get the deck replaced, oil change and fuel filter replaced. He had quite a backlog. After 1.5 weeks, he contacted me and offered to sell me a new mower due to the repairs required. I did not want that. Then he told me he could not get the parts so I looked for them. I found a deck and brought it to him. He did not touch the mower for another 1.5 weeks - so I basically went back to the end of the line. After 1.5 weeks he informed me that it was not the right deck.If you are waiting for service, the delay when waiting on parts should hold your place and he should've looked at the mower as soon as he finished whatever he had torn apart. I wasted about a month with him. When I said that he should've checked if what I brought was correct soon after I brought it, he went into telling me something about hip replacement that was not done right and that he had to wait 6 weeks.... Apples and oranges? Muffler and shoes? His analogy made no sense. I will not return and would not recommend this business for anyone who has not used him before.I replaced the deck myself. I will find someone who is interested in my business and handles backlog fairly.

They were very friendly and helpful. They helped answer all my questions I had about a zero turn mower. Helped me understand how to use one and not be afraid.

I bought a used mower from here from Mr Pat at a very fair price. When I got it home I noticed the next morning the carb was leaking.Mr Pat ordered me a new one at no cost and it came in the very next day!I slapped it on and this old Craftsman is running perfect, as Craftsmans always do!I highly recommend them. Thanks Pat!!!

Excellent service. I took my chainsaw in to have the carburetor tuned. I had worked on it for hours and just could not get it running right. They had it for a day and it’s running like brand new.

So, I dropped off my lawn mower and blower for Bryant Small Engine Repair to repair my lawnmower which wasn't starting and my blower that needed a gas line replaced.I got the machines back a week later and my lawnmower was damaged, a big chunk of plastic was missing and broken off....On top of the damage they charged me $100 for a new gas cap and a carburetor bulb. I received my blower back and that was also damaged, with a chunk of plastic broken off. Furthermore, they charged me $50 for the blower. In addition to that, they made the engine on the blower weaker than it was before. Now the engine putters and is not up to power that it was before I took it in. On top of that, the blower shuts off when I go to vacuum the leaves because there isn't enough power, when it wasn't doing that before either. So, I took it back to Bryant small engine repair and they fixed the plastic on the engine housing which they should have, but they gave me back the blower with the damaged missing piece and told me that the engine started so they couldn't do anything to it. So, I paid 150, which is a lot for two small engine repairs....got back two damaged products, along with a totaled blower. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT RESPECT YOUR EQUIPMENT!

They take care of all of my small engine repair needs. And unfortunately we are very hard on our lawn mower. I have also bought one used mower from them. In addition, they have an automotive side and they are always my "go to" for automotive issues. What they cannot fix, they always recommend a really fair and honest business that can meet the needs I have.

For the record, I never did business with this company. I called them today to see if they do repairs on pressure washers when the engine is running fine but not getting pressure. The guy at this business said, "you might as well buy a new pressure washer since it'll cost a lot more to fix it."I then turned my online search to parts, and how much they cost. I found pump assemblies around $79. I also searched for how to replace them on YouTube and found it's just a few bolts and a beginner level DIY fix.But while searching YouTube I found other videos for "most common pressure washer problems" and several videos on how to make a simple fix to the pressure release pin...another Beginner level fix.The guy at this business either doesn't want to work on pressure washers, or he gives bad advice. I'd never do business here as a result.
